I brought my son for us to both chop our hair, I got a great short bob, longer on one side, but after washing and straightening my hair when I got home, it was very uneven. Saturday my hair was butchered by Tammy! I was told to tuck it behind my ear until it grows out. Also, it is not a good feeling when someone is cutting your hair to hear them say I messed up! I've had no problems out of the other hairdressers. They have helped me, Christina, Wendy, and Eddie have always done good, but this is horrible. They say they take walk-ins I asked to get my hair washed and blow dried they told me they were to busy but if I wanted they could give me a hair cut. There were 2 staff members there doing nothing at all.. If you want to be lazy then don't say u take walk-ins day by appointment only and have no customers. read more

The nail salon women are extremely rude and unprofessional.

I had a horrible experience. I was supposed to get my hair dyed to what I normally get, natural brown. It turned out black. I was supposed to have blonde highlights in it. I ended up with almost black hair with gray/green highlights. I also called the manager, they wouldn't speak with me. I sent them pictures & she said there was nothing wrong with it. If I wanted them to throw a toner on it, they would do that. But, if I wanted someone else to fix it, I would have to pay full price. Unbelievable!!! I ended up having to pay another salon to fix what they could. I also had a ton of people ask me what happened to my hair?? What a great way to run a business! Congratulations Fantastic Cuts, you lost 6 customers!! It's sad because not all the stylists are bad, but the management ruins it for them. & I had 3 appointments that day for family, unfortunately my regular stylist quit the week before and no-one called to notify me. Awful! Outdated, 80s hair styling. Had my hair chopped into a bulky,uneven, mullet when I asked for a trim. Had to pay $13 extra for a blow out and all the woman did was blow dry my hair into a huge 80s poof! This haircut was so bad, people were literally staring at me. I had to go somewhere else the very next day to have it fixed and the stylist there was confused and annoyed that a salon would charge for this kind of "service". She had to cut my hair into an assymetrical bob with no length in the back because nothing was salvagable. I called FC to see if I could get a refund..because now ive spent $75 on a haircut I never even wanted... but when I called the owner would not speak to me herself. She just told the receptionist to tell me "no". And gave no explanation. Gee thanks. So not only do they have horrible haircutting skills they also have horrible customer service. Take my advice and avoid this place. I'm not the only person who has come away with a horror story about this poor excuse for a salon. read more
