PRIORITIZES YOUR BEST INTERESTS Dan was also highly proficient when it came time to make offers on homes, and had a strong sense of fair market valuations based on comps, and was able to figure out what a strong competitive offer would be based on seller agent intel, and what was just unreasonable.
