Spilled nail polish all over my phone, my manicure looked like it was done by two different people and didn't match at all. After 3 hours I finally gave up and and went to another salon to have them painted. Another visit they butchered my eyebrows - which didn't match when I walked out. 1.5 hours to get a polish change - and it wasn't what I requested. Their ATM machine only allows you to take out $40 at a time, causing you to have to pay their $3.00 service charge and they don't take debit cards.
