Alena made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. She did a wonderful job on my lashes and put any worries I had in using someone new right out the window! I also had a spray tan from Kristin that lasted the full two weeks that I was away on vacation. Upon my return, I had my lashes filled by Jessica, who also did a fantastic job! I went to her because the glue at a last place I went was weak and didn't last so she repeatedly gushed over how "amazing this glue is" and then admittedly took the liberty to apply volume lashes (when I went in for classics) While she did a mediocre job, leaving the inner corners and the left outer corner unlashed, things got much worse verry soon! Unfortunately I have fragile blonde hairs and while I have never had issue with breakage before I certainly did now losing almost half of my natural lash creating big bald gaps!! After I had another technician (Thank you Alana @ Graceful Lashes for the lash first aid!) I called UpperLash to let her know what had happened and asked for any form of compensation only to receive a slew of accusations and threats of lawyer and police action if I post this review!! The woman who did my nails was OK, but her hands were shaking so much that when she put on my French tip nails all of them were uneven.
