After he inspected our roof, we sat down to talk about what we needed. He point blank asked us how many other estimates we received and how much they were. Really??? Well, if he was such an expert, shouldn't he have told us?? He said that he would send us his estimate in a few days. It's now been well over a week and we've received zero correspondence. We would have liked to have seen what his estimate would have been in comparison to the others we had already gotten. Needless to say we chose another reputable company. Steer clear of this guy. There are much better options available if you take the time to research.

If I had not called them I would probably still be waiting. Also, when the estimate was given, great detail was paid to each item I was to be charged for. Yet when I requested an itemized bill reflecting these charges I did not received one despite multiple requests. I say again, the work itself was satisfactory and the installers were very nice.

Nice shingles came out and e-mailed me a proposal for a new roof stating that my roof is beyond its useful life. Thats not what I asked for. I had another roofer replace the two shingles for $60.00.

So sad. I really wanted this to work out. Angel came out and gave an estimate. I wanted the back…read moregutter cleaned and the front gutter inspected. It was then decided I needed the back cleaned, debris covering for front gutters and roof boot repaired. So his estimate was $400. I then emailed and asked if he could only do back gutter cleaned and repair boot. I would wait on debris covers. New job would now have no material costs and obviously a lot less labor. New estimate......$475. So the price went up $75 for a lot less work. When I pointed this out he said he would do the new job for $400. So same price for smaller job without materials. It leads me to believe he doesn't have a standard pricing system but simply charges whatever he feels like at the moment. Poor business practice I got another company to come out and do everything for $200. The amount of time it took Angel to climb to my roof and take pictures the other guy did all the work.
