DO NOT GO! They are dishonest and will mess up your car…read more I previously thought that Forward's garage is an honest mechanics place and had good prices. Boy was I WRONG. I had ALL my brake lines changed at Forward's garage due to normal rusting. They charged me $400, which is very reasonable price. What I didn't find out until 1 year later when I took my car to another mechanic for oil change (due to cheaper pricing availabe) was that they used COMPRESSION FITTINGS on all my brake lines. They are literally putting my family and my life at risk! Brake lines should use union fittings to withstand the high pressure, not compression fittings. I called Forward's garage after I realized what they did. THey then told me "compression fittings are not illegal in New Hamspshire" and gave me the NH DMV number to call. Fine! u bastards, it's not illegal in NH, but it's illegal in many other states! I am moving to MA in the future, and it's illegal there. I can't believe you are putting my life at risk and charge me $400 bucks for it. I WILL NEVER come to you again.

Yep... broken water pump and overheating... Mind you, this GMC 2018 Sierra (fully paid off)... has gotten me completely cross country back in October, 2024... with no issues, not even a scratch... Vehicle is towed to Bob's Service Center at 10 am that day... Not Bob, but Josh... "Let's see, water pump, coolant and belt tensioner assembly need replacing... it'll be ready by two..." Josh was right on schedule... Professional, thorough, and kind... Picked up the vehicle... warranted work for 2 years/24,000 miles... back on the freeway I went... only a few hours delay... but no matter... the vehicle must be reliable... It was... Coldest day in White River Junction... This driver and owner will seek these gentlemen out for future auto repairs... they are simply the best... And kind... They explained everything... It missed my windshield- but completely shattered the tempered glass panel above my windshield. While it was glass damage, it was considered a comprehensive claim on my insurance. Over a two week period I tried Safelite, Portland Glass, Granite State Glass, Kidders Automotive and Lebanon Volvo Volkswagen. None would touch the car. A friend told me to call Sean/Jasmin and I stopped in. They gave me an estimate and worked with my insurance ASAP. The part needed? ended up being on a national back order with no ETA. It took a little while - but the part was located and ordered. They installed it and kept the car indoors overnight to let the urethane seal cure. I just picked it up, it looked exactly like it came from the factory. When I went to pay? It ended up being so much cheaper that my jaw literally hit the floor and I was extremely confused lol. This place does great work and they obviously value their customers. I literally can't say enough good things about this place and everyone out front and in back. These reviews speak for themselves, and I'd recommend anyone that needs work done to check with Jasmin first! The enterprise rental office is in the same building and makes it obscenely easy to do everything at the same place.

Had heard several good comments about this place over the years. My father went there 10 years or…read moreso ago to get some scratches from a dog taken care of on his new SUV. It came out great. I had a small issue with the rear bumper on my Ford Explorer. It had also caused some paint wear on the inside edge of the tailgate. The Ford dealer wasn't much help and told me it probably would cost a couple thousand to fix. Decided to check these guys out. The Manager, Steve, was very helpful and personable. He very quickly pointed out what the issue was and said it was an easy fix. Much better than the dealership. They were booked for a couple weeks (a good sign that they do good work). Steve got me set up with an appointment. They work with Enterprise rental, so the day of my appointment I was able to drop off my vehicle and Enterprise picked me up there and brought me to their location to get the rental paperwork taken care of. Two days later my vehicle was done and I was able to drop off the rental there for Enterprise to pick up. The bumper issue was taken care of and the tailgate was touched up beautifully. They even gave me a small bottle of touch up paint if I needed it in the future for anything. My insurance covered it minus my deductible, but the total was only a fraction of what the dealership said it would cost. If you need ANY body work done on your vehicle, you would be a fool not to check the guys out. Very highly recommended!
