Monday had a couple of hiccups, so the schedule didn't work, but first thing Tuesday they contacted me and the tow driver let me know exactly when he would arrive. I come back with thule roof racks the guy whos also the owner id assume says oh i didn't know i had thules, i would have asked for at least 75. i was oh great here we go..... he says well i told you 50 so they are yours if you want them. I was so impressed with the lack if greed and pleased i call here as one of the first choices of junk yards. Good guy honest and honorable... what an american way of doing business and its much appreciated.

They are quick to pick up the phone and answer questions. I am not a fan of the website as it can be a bit of a mess trying to find a part. I think most salvage yards sites are like that, however. They have an ever-changing stock so it never hurts to check back and see what they get in. It is located in a very easy to get to area and close enough to the pike that getting there is fast enough. Truly if you need a part give them a jingle and toss the dice.

They got here and gave my brother 200 said it had aftermarket cats. That's a scam. These people pull with everybody, they should not do that they're not honest but they told me 225 if it had aftermarket cats but they just gave my brother 200 Scott is the manager that who makes all the calls. I haven't had a chance to stop by Lambert's and talk to Scott and try to get my 225 that he owes me. We'll see how that goes. I would not deal with lamberts I'm sure they lie to lots people every day to make a few extra hundred dollars. I just read a few other reviews and they pull the same stuff aftermarket cats. It's sad you can't trust anybody these days.

My transmission went out on my Tundra they delivered a transmission I purchased a two-year warranty…read morewith labor, they delivered a transmission that looked like hell covered in snow was told that was the only transmission they had and it had a tail shaft so it was out of a 2 Wheel Dr. not a four-wheel-drive and that my mechanic needed to put it in, so they put it in it didn't shift into 6th gear. Transmission was junk, next transmission went in and worked for about six months then reverse went out on that one had them deliver a replacement transmission with no issue on that however they were not paying for labor again... was very unimpressed with the quality of the transmissions and customer service. I just crossed the two-year mark but only a year and a half on the third transmission and that is throwing codes. Don't buy anything that has moving parts from them.

The best part, though, was how friendly and unhurried the process was. Service was prompt, but not so prompt that I felt rushed, and I feel strongly about that. We'll see what I receive on Tuesday, I might have to update this review, but I have a feeling I'm going to be very pleased!
