TLDR; Incredible service-- professional and trust-worthy. I called on a Saturday hoping for a same-day wheel/tire swap and they had me in within the hour. The staff here is remarkably accommodating; they handled my specific requests for tire/wheel placement without hesitation. While waiting, I actually enjoyed sitting outside in the sun rather than a cramped waiting room, and ended up having a great conversation with the team about local overlanding and trails. Most importantly, their inspection sheet clearly indicated that they verified and torqued every lug nut to spec. As someone who usually feels the need to re-check torque after visiting a shop, this was the first time I felt total peace of mind heading home. If you prefer "fancy" workers in suits and overpriced "free" coffee from a dingy old coffee pod machine while getting charged dealership premiums, go elsewhere. But if you want quality work done by down-to-earth people who treat you like a human rather than a target for upselling, give this place a go. 10/10 experience. read more

The experience I've had at Tire Warehouse has always been positive! They are professional, friendly, and make sure you are getting the best service. Recently, I had a large screw embedded into my tire while driving and they got me in right away, patched it, and made sure I was safe for my upcoming trip. DO NOT TRUST THEIR BOOKING SYSTEM. IT LIES. I've been a loyal customer for many years but this is the limit. Too many times I have made an appointment only to find, upon coming there, that the good people on the ground at the shop are completely overbooked and understaffed, and the wait is hours or they can't do it that day. They say the corporate booking system pays no attention to what they actually have booked that day. The offshore human operator does not have access to the information they need so they give one an appointment that doesn't actually exist. There isn't a way to call the actual shop. The employees at the actual shop has always been very helpful, and they say they are very frustrated with the system. It undermines employees who are trying to do their best and it is completely disrespectful of customer's time. No more Tire Warehouse. read more

I had been a loyal customer for many years - NO MORE. I made a wheel alignment appointment only to find when i arrived that they couldn't do it that day. They made no attempt to contact me, so, a completely wasted trip. We rescheduled and the guy behind the counter swore he'd do it himself the next time if necessary. Guess what? I tried to call the day of, to check on it - impossible to get through. i drive all the way down and find, AGAIN, that they can't do it that day and made no attempt to contact me. The staff is friendly and that's about my only positive experience this year. Bought a new vehicle and found ourselves looking for winter tires in the height of the season. On 11/17 I drove to tire warehouse to see what inventory they had as many places were booking out. The man at the desk was able to locate some tires that would be in on 11/18 and said they had no appointments scheduled thanksgiving week so I could roll in anytime and just wait for it to get done. I called after work on 11/24 and got the remote scheduling service not located in the store. They told me there were no appointments and scheduled one for as soon as I could get there. When I showed up after going to get the vehicle I needed I was told they were booking out to the end of the week and I would have to schedule for then. Annoyed I booked an appointment for 12/1 and left without getting anything done. 12/1 we dropped the vehicle off at 6:30am and planned for pickup at 4pm giving more than enough time than the morning appointment. I tried to call during my lunch to check on the vehicle status and no one answered the phone. My wife picked me up and we arrived just before 4pm on 12/1. The car had not been touched yet and there were several other vehicles being worked on. As I was waiting in line to ask what happened the keys to our car got given to a tech. It was explained to me they had messed up and not seen the keys where someone put them from the after ours key dropped location. I waited until after 5 for the car to be done. While I was there a dozen people must've come in saying they had called the remote scheduling service and showed up for an appointment there wasn't time for. When I asked the employee about this he said corporate told that service to always tell people there is time so they will come to the store. When my car was finally done I was offered a 20% discount for my inconvenience but when the invoice printed after I paid I was charged for tire recycling even though I was keeping my tires. read more

EDIT: It has been over a month, and the promised refund/rebate that the zone manager said the store manager would process immediately has not happened yet. This appears to be further evidence of the store manager's indifferent attitude towards customers. EDIT 2: I contacted the zone manager again, and was told that the refund/rebate is being processed now. Why was it not done until I had contacted them again? Perhaps the store manager felt I would forget it with time? Anyway, the rebate is finally processed, but it is less than half the promised amount. Either the store manager is being intentionally difficult again or the management chain that should ensure good customer service is actually nonexistent in the company. Therefore, will withdraw the additional stars and revert back to the original, more fitting single star for this company and location. read more

Bought two brand new studded tires dropped off old tires and rims... brought tires home to find out I was sold a used tire with a nail in it! The staff was very rude about getting my problem resolved dropped the bad tire back off during slow season and it still took an additional 3 hours to get the "new" tire changed! Chris is a fantastic business owner, who really puts care into the customer. My fiancé and I are from Massachusetts and got a flat tire, called Chris at 6:55 on a Friday night even though his shop closed at 7, he still picked up the phone and was willing to help us. Chris squeezed us in the very next morning & had us out the door before noon time on Saturday. We can't thank him enough for all of his help and for going above and beyond caring for us. We were passing through the area and had a slow leak in one of our tires. Being almost 9 hours away from home, we were in a bit of a bind. It's snow changing season in this part of New England with everyone changing out their winter tires for spring/summer tires, and every service station that I called said that they were booked for days and couldn't help us out. The manager at Tire Warehouse, however, said that he wouldn't leave a traveler stranded even though they were also fully booked. So Tire Warehouse took in our car on the spot, found the offending screw, and patched it up. It gave us a lot of peace of mind to know that we didn't have this "ticking time bomb" of a tire for our long drive home. At least 5 other service centers in the area blew us off because they were fully booked, so I give a lot of credit to the manager of Tire Warehouse (Chris B) to not leave us hanging out to dry right before a long drive. read more

Went to tire warehouse to ask about buying a couple of tires for truck. Chris the Manager made an appointment for me a week out. He told me at the time that there were tires in stock for my truck. I showed up for my appointment, to be told that there were no tires in stock. Chris would order the tires, and call to confirm the next appointment, to let me know that tires were in. Five days later, I called to see if the tires were ordered and arrived. I was told that Chris was with someone, and he would call me back. He never called me back. I tried again, no return call. I would not recommend this place due to customer service. read more

I have Michelin tires on my car (I got them at Tire Warehouse in 2012) and they had about 55,000 miles on them so it was time for replacement so I went to Tire Warehouse once again. The Michelins are great so I wanted another set exactly the same. I had priced them on the internet so they were about $204 with a $70 rebate if you bought four tires. I went to the counter and I explained all this to the salesman. He told me that they were having a lot of trouble with Michelin and that he would order tires and sometimes they never came in or took weeks so he could no longer recommend them. Instead he recommended the equivalent Yokohama tires for the same price ($204) and that they were better tires anyway and that he would give me the $70 off. I reluctantly agreed and I made an appt to get the Yokohama tires. I then went home and did some research. I found that the Yokohama tires sold elsewhere for about $170 - not $204 and they received much lower reviews on Consumer Reports. I called Town Fair Tires (the competition 1 mile away) and asked how long it would take to get the Michelin tires in and they said "tomorrow - we have 50 of them in our warehouse!". They also have no problem getting them directly from Michelin. I canceled my appt at Tire Warehouse and made one at the competition. I will not go back. read more

I set up an appointment on the website for this company for a tire mount and balance and, when I arrived for the scheduled and confirmed time, I was rudely told that the online scheduling system doesn't work and that they couldn't honor my appointment. No apologies, no offers to make it right. Just we're booking out 9 days deal with it. I wouldn't ever recommend this company. Why have a scheduling system online if it doesn't work? I have been a customer of Tire Warehouse West Lebanon, NH for many years. Last year when I had new snow tires put on my car I asked the salesperson how much life the all season tires that were taken off had left. I was told that I would get another season out of them. Home they went with me to be stored in the garage over the winter. Today I loaded them into the car and went to Tire Warehouse to have them put back on in anticipation of spring! I was told that there was not enough thread depth to be legal on the road and they would not put them on my car. This is the business that told me 6 months ago these tires were fine and would give me another season. I was quoted $700.00 dollars for a new set of Kelly Edge all season tires. One of the reason I had originally chosen Tire Warehouse was they gave Dartmouth Hitchcock employees a very nice discount. So I asked if that included the Dartmouth Hitchcock discount. No additional discounts could or would be given. Final price. Now when I walked in the salesperson was on the phone with a personal phone call and waved me off. Someone else finally showed up and helped me. Very nice and friendly. When I asked about the discount the person on the phone who had now hung up started to get nasty. I said that I would look somewhere else and he got really ugly. I called a competitor down the street and asked the cost of purchasing the same exact tire, and having it mounted, warranties, etc. He asked me a couple of questions, looked up the tire and stated they would be in the next day and the cost was $550.00. This was all done sitting in the waiting room of Tire Warehouse, a business I thought very highly of until today. I typically don't write bad reviews (everyone has their own opinion and perspective) but this one is necessary. After dealing with the corporate customer service for a couple of months now to no avail, I feel the need to share my terrible experience at this location and with customer service. Things I overheard the staff say while waiting for my one tire to be changed: "Your girlfriend has bigger balls than you." "Jeff, move your Fu***ng truck!" "That truck is a piece of sh*t." Not to mention all the staff was standing around in the shop smoking cigarettes when I arrived. I needed one trailer tire changed. Somehow in the process of attempting to change the remove the old tire they broke two studs and stripped most of the lug nuts. Rather than try to remove nuts manually they just kept hammering on it with the air ratchet. The manager admitted as much. They were incapable of sourcing the appropriate stud and lug nuts so the solution was to a weld a stud to the hub. In order to do this they had to take the hub off and remove the bearings. They sent me out of there with two studs and lug nuts, not four. He assured me it was safe. Fast forward to my ride home. I live in another state and not long into my ride the bearings he had removed and replaced completely burned up. I limped it to a shop and after viewing the work done, making the repairs and giving me a bill of $330, he suggested I give the bill to Tire Warehouse because the repairs they made were clearly faulty. I contacted the corporate customer service regarding the issues. They denied any wrongdoing, have no record of any problems during installation and because they have no documentation they will take no responsibility. I tried to get them to explain why I was there for three and a half hours for one tire change. She basically called me a liar. Conveniently the manager at Tire Warehouse no longer works for the company, even though their customer service person said they consulted with him and he denies any problems. I will continue to pursue this with their corporate office. read more

These guys saved my day and quite possibly my life! I found them after having Town Fair Tire literally close their doors on me last Saturday. Tire Warehouse is just a bit further and off the beaten path, but super easy to find and get to. Don't waste your time getting upsold somewhere else. These guys identified the problem, resolved it at a more than reasonable cost and got me back on the road with my antique car in no time!! I have to say, these guys bailed me out big time, and in a hurry. It wasn't a major incident, but when filling my tires with air (due to the fact that the low air pressure sensor was going off in my dash) i snapped on of my valve stems in half. DRATS (i was on my wait to tailgate at the pats home season opening game too!). It was about 8:30 am, and they opened at 9 (super early for a Sunday, i thought). I go there and within 15 min they had fixed it, and tosses my donut in the back. Although they only replaced the valve stem with a basic rubber valve stem, rather then the VW specific pressure monitoring valve stem, i was out and on the road real quick, and it only set me back 20 bucks. It may not have all the bells and whistles that some more well-known franchises in the area have, but what Tire Warehouse lacks in appearance, it really makes up in service. The men working here are incredibly helpful and customer service oriented. They do a great job of keeping the customer informed when they're working on your car. Their prices are very reasonable; they aren't trying to rip you off for the sake of making an extra buck. For example, I had some new tires shipped and installed at their facility about a month ago. Since then, I've noticed that my car has been vibrating a little whenever I drive it. After a quick stint at my local dealership, which was frustrating and a complete waste of time, I went back to the Tire Warehouse to see if they could help me out. They checked out my car with no questions asked and found that two of my wheel rims were bent. Not only did they tell me this, but they took the time to show me the damage done to the wheel, told me how this could have happened, and told me how they were going to fix the problem I was having. One of the wheels was worse-off than the other and they updated me in the waiting room to inform me how their plan of attack (rotating the damaged tires) changed slightly. I was maybe there a half an hour (really quick!). When they were done I was told that they weren't going to charge me for the rotation and balancing and I was given a card of a local business that could straighten out my rims. My experience at Tire Warehouse was loads better than at my car dealership. The men are much more friendly, down-to-earth, and honest. They work quickly and do a great job. What's also nice is that the bays where they work on the cars are right out in front, visible to everyone. It's not like a dealership where your car is hidden and you never see exactly what is (or isn't) being done to your car. I don't know about the other Tire Warehouse stores, but I would highly recommend the one in West Lebanon. read more

Sunday morning - had to leave for Manchester airport in three hours and the front tire on our car was essentially flat. Searched frantically for a tire store that was open Sunday morning and found Tire Warehouse. Pumped up the tire as much as possible and headed over. Pulled in and they started working on the car within 90 seconds. Checked to see if they had a replacement tire - and they didn't - so the guy said "let us look it over". Five minutes later he comes into the waiting area with a small screw and says "here's your problem". He said the tire wasn't compromised and patched it so that the tire was essentially good as new, ending with "you're good to go". When I asked how much I owed him, he said "nothing, just get going". When I pressed, he asked that we just give him a good review. So here it is. He really truly saved the day! read more

Stopped by late on a Sunday afternoon (when most others were closed) to ask them to check on a scary wobble that showed up at highway speeds. The man working was incredibly gracious in taking a look and telling me that it was simply caked on mud on the inside of the wheels. Said it would be $79 to have them clean them, but that he recommended simply going to a car wash and paying $5. Worked like a charm, and I will go out of my way to give them future business. Not surprised to see that all of the other reviews are also 5-Star since they clearly know how to deliver great customer service and don't take advantage of a situation where they could. Made reservation online and ordered Hankook tires. When I arrived for appointment, was told that those tires were unavailable - they were substituting cheaper ones. Turns out that I was charged the same as the Hankook quote. I was on time, but they weren't - they got to my car 45 minutes after I handed in my keys. When I went to pay, and expressed my disappointment that I didn't receive the tires I ordered, I was told that they told me in a phone call about the unavailability. That was not true - the only info I received by phone was that I needed to made an appointment as neither time I requested online was available. In fact, I HAD called to make an alternate time but no one had entered that info. And had I known that the original tires I wanted were not available, I would have waited until they came in, or made other arrangements. A bad experience from start to finish. I've gone here countless times for tires seeing how the selection in the area is overpriced and usually out of stock. Every single time most of the staff has a pretty bad attitude. Short and snappy and rude if not towards me then other people for no reason. I just called trying to see if they had a specific tire in stock and the man I spoke with was once again rude, at this point I expect bad customer service from this place but he told me he wouldn't be able to help me to check if what I need was in stock, no "I can take your number and check and call you back when I'm less busy" Even though they are open for another five hours and that my best bet would be to come in an 7:30 am tomorrow? And kept repeating that he was helping a customer and wouldn't be able to help me until he was done so that's fine I can wait, right? He said once again I'm helping a customer right now. as if I didn't understand? Or that I was being rude for calling a TIRE WEARHOUSE inquiring about tires ? Makes sense right? Yeah. I understand it can be very stressful dealing with many people and different inquires at once, which is when you then ask for a number and give the person a call back. I shouldn't have to wait an entire day and have to come in right when they open to see if somethings in stock I'm the customer here your supposed to be selling to me not me going above and beyond to see if something is even in stock. read more

I am a very long time Vermonter, and have been bringing my cars to Tire Warehouse exclusively for the past 15 years. I do still, out of habit, shop around before buying tires, but always find myself at TW for not only the best prices, but friendly and courteous service. I think the longest I've ever waited there was about two hours, but I didn't have an appointment and they were really busy. This past winter I had a problem with a very slow leak in one of my valve stems on a time I've had for years. They replaced the stem in -15 degree weather at no charge and I haven't had a problem since. Always reliable, always honest, and if you find a better price anywhere else, it's a scam! read more

I made an appointment online for alignment. I show up on time. They way over scheduled alignments. I waited 3 hours, then finally said I was leaving. The guy was way overworked, with too much going on. No apology for making me wait and not really keeping me informed on where I was in line for the service. I'll never go back.
