In Eastside I was used to seeing places do less than $1/min before tip, and they looked nicer/cleaner. We waited for about ten minutes while the person yelled at the people upstairs to come down and do foot massage, which apparently they just... didn't feel like doing? It wasn't even that they were busy, based on what she was saying; she was calling them lazy. Eventually she asked how we felt about one person doing foot and one person doing body, and since the point was to do it together, we said no. She yelled at the upstairs workers a bit more, complained to us some more about how lazy people were, and then said they couldn't accommodate us.
