I have been a patient here and worked with several different providers. Every time I finally got used to someone, they suddenly aren't working there anymore. I asked my most recent provider if he was planning to leave soon, he said no, and POOF! now he's gone too. The front desk staff also seemed to change constantly, which makes the place feel unstable. When my most recent provider suddenly wasn't there anymore, I ended up seeing the clinic's owner. The appointment felt rushed, I didn't get an after‑visit summary, and no one replied to the messages I sent afterward. Based on all of this, I don't recommend this clinic if you're looking for steady care or good communication.

And I had several infusions at another doctor in a few months prior to that. I've since found an amazing naturopath that has had no issues with my insurance, BUT she also knows what she's doing. Months after my infusion(during covid) I was contacted by then telling me to pay my bill. Confused, I said they had informed me that my services were covered. They said my insurance covered one and agreed to a second and then changed their minds. How is this my issue? Now, almost two years later, they email again telling me to pay. I explained AGAIN what I reported previously and they sent me a nasty email. They clearly don't know how to run a business and are desperate for cash. Such disgusting display of behavior!

It was a very gentle experience, Hyejung was so nice and walked me through the process and explained what kind of sensation I'd feel for each needle point. Now I have gone to 4 appointments and am in awe of the power of acupuncture. Not only has it helped with neck range of motion and neck/back pain and mobility, but it also has been so amazing for feeling relaxed and centered. I have anxiety and depression and feel that acupuncture has helped a lot with my mental health and reducing stress. I leave each appointment feeling relaxed, centered, and more in touch with my body. My option in traditional medicine was to take pain pills until it was bad enough for surgery. At the end of September I could barely use my arm and the pain was constant. I was desperate and figured what do I have to lose. 3 treatments in, I had regained 50 percent of my mobility and constant pain was gone with only pain in certain movements. After the 5th and final week I was at 80 percent and pain was almost completely gone. I'm now 3 weeks into physical therapy and my therapist is amazed at how quickly my strength and mobility is progressing at each visit, especially for someone my age. The staff was by far the best part of my experience at Pinnacle. During my visits I interacted with every member of the staff. Every one was friendly and professional. The injections I received in my joint can be painful. However, the expertise of the staff ensured it was as pain free as possible. Given what I do and the hundreds of visits to medical facilities over the years, you know if someone is good at their job, especially with long needles. I've had nerves hit, tendons hit, and bones hit. Not pleasant. Given the complexity of the shoulder it is a minefield of pain waiting to happen. The professionals at Pinnacle never made a single misstep. Not one. It was truly amazing. I'd never had acupuncture before and that was an eye opening experience. It was so relaxing. And then there was Tam, behind the front desk. He has a great personality and was always making sure you were comfortable and taken care of. His communication about appointments was excellent sending reminders and making sure you knew what was going on. On each visit I would see multiple staff members and would get text reminders of who I was seeing at what time so I always knew what would happen that day. Unheard of! The entire experience was amazing. The results are phenomenal. I don't know why I waited so long. I don't do reviews so this is a first for me. I never thought I'd be able to use my arm again, so I have to say something. Thank you so much to the staff at Pinnacle. Thanks to you I can continue doing what I love, riding like an idiot.
