I've had several bad experiences here. The first one being…read morethey made me stand out in the freezing cold/snow with my kids when I already knew what I wanted. I get that it says visibly no one 18 & under but I was from out of town & that's the only place I knew of. It's just a really inconvenient place for parents with kids. I'm not just gonna leave my kids in the car. The one in Athens allowed me to take my kids in. They need to move the tobacco if that's what they're worried about. If the Athens one can manage it then the Lancaster one should too. Second being as how they keep selling proven defective items. I took one back, they replaced it & it stopped working too. They didn't even bother pulling them off the shelves knowing they are all defective. Never going here again!!
