I bought a pretty expensive piece and I never used it at all and there is a no refund after 30 days well I brought I back the next day not used anf the manager at the Lancaster store called me a lier and then I called the groves City store and he told me over the phone not even seeing the thing and basically calling me a lier to so I spent a lot of money in that store almost 2 or 300 dollars a month in there now now I'm never going back that's 1200 hundred you loosing read more

Due to, what I assume was a manufacturer's issue, my bed fell apart after only 2 months. I called the salesman (Zach), and not only did he honor the warranty, no questions asked, he and his partner came to my home today and hand-delivered and assembled the bed themselves, ON THEIR DAY OFF! I also managed to lose the hardware that went to the drawers that go with the bed, and he ordered new hardware, free of charge (even though it was my fault I lost them), and is coming back to assemble those, too. I know it sounds like he was just doing his job, but he could have easily had their delivery people take care of it, but he took personal responsibility for the matter, and resolved it, on his own time. I commend his level of customer service, and I will most definitely be a repeat customer. read more
