I am a disabled veteran. I am Home 24 seven on an oxygen tank. The UPS driver was to deliver two packages to me Saturday. He claims that he attempted and nobody was home. I was sitting on my front porch. Today he claims that he attempted to deliver the package and was unable to because nobody was here. Me and my wife were here. I have been informed by Lashanda that their trailers have been backed up for a month now due to mechanical failures, of the equipment they use to move trailers around to and from loading dock doors. This is why order delivery times do not match tracking. All shipments are taking longer by weeks. I think they need to hire a new mechanic to keep things running and get packages to customers when they are due. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. After an hours long interaction with UPS main and UPS in Shreveport dealing with 3 packages being delivered to the wrong address again another delivery went to the same wrong address. We have a a maximum of 7 buffet street names in our subdivision. The driver has to go past my street to get to the WRONG ADDRESS! Is reading a requirement of employment?? Why can't the driver check the address on the package and the address on the house?! Our address is on a house plaque at the end of our driveway and in front of our doorway!!! Ups has the worst reputation for deliveries. Yesterday they showed an exception on my package. Reason receiver no longer lives at address. I have lived here for 12 years and have no plans on moving. So who knows why driver gave that reason. Worst service ever. read more

While I like my normal UPS delivery driver for the 71115 area, I'm having issues with the (hopefully) substitute driver that has been placing my packages right by the railing and leaving without ringing the doorbell. It's December FFS!!! WTF is he thinking? Yes I am always home and I have a security camera BUT I got that doorbell for a reason AND put up a sign requesting delivery drivers ring it. This is one driver that is not good at ALL and I have no way to call the freight company and file a person to person complaint. I live in the Lake Bistineau Area and the person who deliver this package 1Z1EW5040382038183 is not a good example of a professional. He deliver this package half way up my road and half way to my neighbors house(not sure when) but it was left in the rain all day Saturday, my neighbor found it soaking wet. It was a Christmas present from my son in California and it was a ECHO, which of coarse is a little computer. Fortunately it was still able to function. But this summer he was delivering my packages in the trash pick up pile and I lost several packages(value over $150.00) that stated they had been delivered but of coarse I never got them because do-do head was leaving them in the trash. The rest of the drivers come up my road and deliver at the door, but this little dude needs to be fire. You can't get in touch with any one at the CALL Center, that's a joke, and it isn't funny. I was able to talk to someone when the dude was delivering in my trash and it got resolve but now he just moved it up to my neighbors field. UPS needs to have better communication to resolve driver problems this is ridiculous. The driver that deliver the above tracking needs to be fired! Very Frustrated Customer read more

I live on Kepler Lake near Jamestown,La. You have a driver by the name of Deandra Allums Sr. I've lived at my current address for 17 years and in this general area most all of my life and I can speak for the rest of this area when I say that Deandra is top notch. By far the best driver we have ever had in this area. He is well liked and spoken highly of for miles and miles around here. Everybody likes to report the negative stuff these days when it affects them but rarely the positive ever gets reported so here it is. You have a Gem in him. I can tell from my conversations with him that he is an all around great Christian man and believes in doing right and in relation to the job he has, he absolutely does it right. We are blessed to have a man of this character servicing this area. He goes well above and beyond and takes care of our packages rain or shine. I wish I could give them no stars the drivers just leave your packages at your front door at night and they are always late delivering and my packages were stolen off my front porch because the driver left them at night! Everyone knows you can not leave packages on the front porch at night in an apartment complex! I bet if it was their own personal packages they would make sure it was delivered correctly! Where to begin, first I have a driver that has always been rude to me and many more folks in the area. Will not allow neighbor sign for package but delivers packages to businesses across the street from each other. My son calls I ask if he will wait he says yes less than two minutes later he when I arrive at home he has already left after he said he would stay. I find him and honk and say you have my package. He pulls over and say hey I live at (my address) you have a package and you told my kid you would wait on me and just drove off. I said man this is the 3rd day and he gets mad and starts raising his voice and getting attitude saying this is only the second time. I advised him I had the emails to prove this is the 3rd time he then yells at me he don't give a shit what I have it's only twice. At that point I get irate and say just give me package and he yells im not getting shit off his truck today. He tried to leave and I had to call the police as he was holding my property on his truck. He first tried to flee before and after the police arrived. He then lied to police and stated he didn't have a package on the truck for me. Fast forward to a call from Matt from security and that arrogant man is a piece of work. He wants to always talk over ppl and make it their fault. (He got the wrong one) he then lies and says he has the police report already (he doesn't cause I called the cop) so apparently ups has stolen my merchandise and wants to try to intimidate me with a idiot named Matt. Corporate has been contacted, the sender has been contacted, as well as the police again because the driver lied and said he didn't have my package and Matt confirmed it was on the truck. Lying to a cop is a crime!!!! read more
