I came there today to drop off a package and I couldn't lift it onto the counter top by myself. Asked for her help so it can get scanned and she was like well if u can't lift it well neither can I. And she said the guy who does the packages ain't here so idk what u going to do. I asked for the supervisor and she very quietly said her name which was "Cherie" and was like she must be busy but u can just leave it there but u won't get a receipt bc the guy ain't here to scan it. All I wanna know well then wtf is her job?? To just sit there. This isn't the first time I've received attitude from this lady either. She always cops an attitude every time I come there unless someone else is working with her then she acts like she's sweet as can be. Idk what her problem is but she shouldn't be working there if she hates her job so much. She always comes up with an excuse to not get up off her butt when she is working. The other people working there that I've seen were always nice n professional. But she is the reason I give this location 1 star.

USPS (federal employees) opened my book box, STOLE 19 books out of it (Star Wars and Marvel graphic novels, Star Wars novels, a book about Jesus, several historical books, and 4 books about spirituality). The books the crooks didn't care to steal were carelessly stuffed back in the box and they even ripped The Alchemist's cover completely off. We no longer use them because they either destroy some of our mail or just drop it on the floor and never bend their fat butts down to pick it up. Every week, I am receiving complaints from vendors saying they never received payments mailed weeks prior. CLOSE this location down, they have horrible attitudes, act entitled, and are the laziest humans ever. I should sue them for the amount of stopped payments I need to issue. This can prevent issues of the merchant not receiving the merchandise and dealing with a lot of issues and loss of money!
