I've used this location for the last 6 years and never had an issue until last 6 months. I mailed a package from Richmond Hts to Toledo and the shipping was more than the package! Then was told it would be there in 1 day and arrived in 6. Might not be their fault as UPS is terrible anymore. Then I dropped a box off for the USPS with a barcode label on it 3 days ago. When I dropped it off, girl sitting at desk, told me they don't scan USPS packages she couldn't give me a receipt. I did keep a copy of the label to track for myself. I've been tracking and USPS says "label created but not in system" which means it hasn't been scanned yet. This was a return for a product I didn't want and it needs to be returned by the end of this week or no refund. I've tried calling the store every day, leaving messages and no one ever answers or calls me back. So I guess I'll never get a refund and hope the girl that took my package enjoyed what was in it because she probably kept for herself! Guess from now on, I'll just go to post office and watch them scan it in there. AS well as UPS and FEDEX stores! Sorry but they've lost my business and every other person that I will tell this too! read more

OMG!!!! Their service is ALWAYS BEYOND EXPECTIONS. Kathy, Kim and Venus are simply the BEST. They always go above and beyond to make your task of getting something in the mail or a package shipped out promptly and in the most inexpensive way possible. The store is always spotless, organized, and running efficiently. I look forward to bringing all my shipping needs there and would never dream of going to the US Post Office ever again. This is my "go-to" store for sending out packages and faxing a quick page or 2, as needed. The staff are all so very accommodating and friendly, all of the time, and they even will go out of their way to make sure you don't need to pay unnecessarily high charges to send a box somewhere, as in my clerk stated she'd just cut my too-large box down, so I would need to pay for extra packing, etc., so my photo wouldn't jostle and damage during shipment. The entire staff is the best. They always do a great job. They offer a lot of options for sending packages. I don't even bother to go to the post office anymore. I just stop at Postal Annex and get my stamps and drop off my out going mail. And while I'm there I can also pick up packing tape and mailing supplies and make my copies. It's a win win!!! This is my GO TO place for shipping ANYTHING! The staff is very quick, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Several times I have had odd questions or items to ship; they were very very helpful in every instance. I also buy greeting cards and stocking stuffers here as well as maintain a business PO Box.
