From the moment they walked in, I knew something was off. They told me they could only install the fridge because they "didn't bring the right person." I paid $400 for what was supposed to be a complete installation. How do you show up without the right team? It didn't end there. They left visible streaks and even holes in my walls--just sloppy work. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the dishwasher they installed started leaking soon after. When they removed the old one, they didn't even drain the water line, which caused a huge mess all over the floor. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. I expected professionalism, but instead, I got damage, a leaking appliance, and zero accountability. I'm incredibly disappointed and honestly angry that I trusted RXO with this job. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

While I have mailed a few packages before through other sources, I have only used FedEx one. Which reminds me of how amazing that experience was. I was fishing a tournament in Alabama. While I was there I purchased a new fishing rod. This rod was too long to mail through regular mail or take on a plane. FedEx however not only stated they could send it, they guaranteed if there was any damage that they would replace my rod. To say I was skeptical would be an understatement. This was an expensive rod that was over 7 feet long. Anyhow when I returned home, my rod arrived the next day with not a scratch on it. Back to this bracket. I had brought a box from home and packed up my bracket at work. This took some time to do while my co-workers made fun of me. When I brought my box in to mail, the young lady that helped me explained that they actually prefer to pack and mail items. Again I was somewhat skeptical that I could just leave my well wrapped box there for them to unwrap. So I paid a small shipping fee and left. Sure enough I received notice in a couple of days that my package was received. Turns out the hardest part of this experience was wrapping my box and being called "box boy" from my co-workers. Dropping it off and mailing it was super simple. Something I will surely do next time.

I called Navis, and the person who set up the shipping said "interesting. ' Let me know how it turns out.' I tried to figure out how to get the item, but after a week, called Navis back and they talked with the receiving company and finally it was delivered 10 days later.

All of my encounters have been seamless and quick. I'm always amazed how friendly everyone is. This location isn't super big, but lots of services are offered. I always see people mailing packages, copies, buying supplies, and dropping off Amazon packages. If you don't know the best route to go, ask staff, and they are willing to help.
