This Center is now closed. But UPS is the most dumbest people ever. I have been waiting for a package. On 3/6 it shows it left one location in Illinois and then it shows at 1:59pm it shows in Omaha. Now mind you today is 03/11 and yesterday I spoke to someone from some distribution center here in Omaha. But when I clearly brought that to the ladies attention she either A was ignoring what I was saying or she wanted to tell her other story that it was still on Illinois. Ok how can it show departing Illinois and arriving in Omaha. Packages can't be scanned until it gets to each destination. It wants to talk about significant weather alert. Now mind you this weather that happened around here happened 3/4 and 3/5 for part of the day. So they really need to get it together and find my package. You can't talk to anybody when I finally got to talk to somebody a half hour later, they told me that somebody would be calling me by 10 o'clock the next day of course no phone call and now they say they have sent the package back to the sender. Too bad zero starts isn't an option. Use any carrier other than UPS. They recently left a package by the roadside, in a snowdrift in a cornfield & the driver said he left it at a carport. (There is no carport). I filed a complaint. NOW, the driver claims it's a weather emergency even though the roads are dry and the driveway is clear anytime it's cloudy. FedEx and Amazon have no issues getting to the house. I will Never ship with this terrible company if I have any choice. read more

2 is a lucky number for UPS. This location is the heart of the dragon that bears fire on my deliveries. Most recently I had some valves shipped from Kansas to replace a system failure. I had a lot of water leaking and needed parts about 3 days before ordering and was told I would have them "next day" About 4 days later (still leaking) I called and was told that UPS sent them back, but would return them to Omaha very soon. That was a Thursday. I called and was told I could get them on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. If they would have told me I could have picked it up on Saturday that would have been great. I was at the depot first thing and as I entered I gave them the tracking #. the guy with the cart 'looked' over the items and declared it was not there. I scanned and located my parcel (not addressed to me) and took it. No ID. No questions. An hour later I fixed my leak, but no thanks to any courier service. I am only giving 2stars to keep from having a heavy one star profile. Shame on UPS. read more

I have had my "next day air" package "out for delivery" and "in my area almost there" since Wednesday. Every time I called they tracked and told me it was still coming by the end of the day. They won't connect you with the warehouse but they can call and get information. Had one agent tell me the tracking number/map feature only tracks the driver not my package, and my package might not have been on the truck at all. Friday night I was promised my package would come Saturday, the driver went over on hours and had to go back to the warehouse even though he was a 5 minute WALK from my house at most. Now it's Saturday and they said they don't even know if it's on a truck or if it's at the warehouse but I should expect it by Monday. Tuesday was the original "arrival" date from the vendor. Gail at the Omaha facility was useless and told me that the trucks in my area yesterday probably didn't have my package and that 1 million other people have delayed packages there is nothing special about my scenario. Also check out how they delivered one of my packages yesterday. This package was set for delivery on Wednesday but they lost it until yesterday. They hired some guy with a straight up u-haul to delivery my package. If he didn't have the uniform on I would have thought he was stealing my package. Really classy UPS at least put a magnet on the truck to let people who it's your subcontracted guy. read more

Honestly no complaints other than it's so far out of the way for someone who doesn't drive. If you can't get your package delivered and you want it the same day you call up and they hold it for you and after 7:30pm you can go pick it up. The guy that works there isn't really a people person, just straight to the point. I've only rarely had to wait and no real issues. Make sure you bring ID or you won't get your package. read more

This location specially has very lazy delivery drivers. Anytime UPS is listed as the carrier I automatically assume anymore that I won't see the package for 3-5 business days from the original delivery date. Only 1 times did the delivery actually go as planned, I will say that. I've read reviews saying that sometimes the drivers don't even get out of their trucks and I fully believe that at this point. This most recent time I ordered a PC that needed to be signed for and the package weighed 40 lbs, I knew that they weren't gonna carry that up to my door and I was right, they rarely even drop off my 1 lbs fashion nova orders to the package drop off in my apartment because they're too lazy to go inside. Now because they didn't do their job I have to pay $8 to go pick it up from them, bullshit. I'm writing this review because I hope this makes this UPS location fire the trash they have delivering most of the packages, and hire people who don't make their company look bad. read more

When you are not home, UPS places a tag on your door. You can call UPS, give instructions on the tag and put it where the driver can see it OR you can come here to fetch your package after the driver has had a chance to get back to the distribution center across the street. I get a pkg. from a company once a month and for the last two months the driver doesn't even make it to my apt. to deliver the pkg., he may drive up to the apt., doesn't even try to deliver, but then just turns around and leaves. This is a Seniors Apt., and someone is on duty all the time and the driver leaves a message on my computer that no one was available at my address? ? ? I'm 90 yrs. old, I don't even leave my apt., and since I'm not able to get to the "buzzer" in time I now have the pkg. delivered to my neighbor...the driver has not buzzed me in the last two month nor buzzing my neighbor...she knows when the UPS truck is suppose to be here and she sits and waits for him...she has had to run out to the truck to get the pkg. because he hasn't done anything...like: buzzing to be let into the apt., nor has he left the pkg. inside the outside door which would be safe nor has he even left a message that he tried to deliver. I find the service from UPS leaves a lot to be desired...I think because my pkg. is usually the last pkg. to be delivered on his route...he just doesn't even try to deliver and even did this on the 2nd day to deliver...it's a good thing that my friend likes to "run after the driver" in order to get my pkg. Very frustrated with UPS and our particular UPS driver. The condition of our packages and damages to them is on a regular basis. We work out of our home office and have regular UPS delivers 4, 5 or 6 times a week. I always cringe to find our products damaged and have to call the vendor and advise them. Recently a Plow & Hearth wood table has been delivered twice and the box it came from look like Omaha's UPS Depot or the drivers have fun running a fork lift through it. If zero was an option, I would have chosen it. I shipped several packages from California to Omaha and three items came damaged. One of them was a picture of my mother's who has passed away, making this picture very dear to my heart. I have spent over four hours on the phone and on the computer trying to get this resolved. I have filed a claim, talked to investigations and the damaged merchandise claims department at UPS and still no resolution. I was told my claim was never received, I have complained to numerous people (when I could reach a live person, but that's another story), I have even gone down to Gomez Avenue in Omaha which I thought was customer service because God knows it wasn't my neighborhood UPS's job to help me (I asked) only to be told there by the customer service person they couldn't help me and the only way to get help was to file a claim ON LINE!!! I'm telling you, I'm done with UPS after all these years. Hello FED EX! Oh, I forgot to mention, I filed a claim on another of the three damaged items and the package was picked up by UPS. The next thing I know I got a call from California saying they got the package back because the wrong address was on the package ( put by UPS) and the package ended up back to where it was originally sent in California. I was scheduled for a Delivery on 8/12/2022 via Email. I tracked the package in the morning of 8/12/2022 to confirm that this was true. I waited at home for this delivery all day I tracked the package again late afternoon 8/12/2022 and the tracking changed from out for delivery to in route to destination. I called the customer service line to inquire about this. I was told that the package was at the terminal. I asked if I could simply pick the package up at the terminal then, with a yes response and then charged $7.99 to pick the package up from the terminal. (Note I paid for shipping to my house and when they couldn't deliver or even attempt to deliver as the tracking stated. I asked to simply pick up the package to save them time so it wouldn't have to be reloaded on a truck and their driver's time to bring it to the house, and they charge more money on top of what was paid for shipping, and you have to pay for this before the request would be submitted.) I was told by the customer service agent that the package could be pick up on 8/12/2022 but when I arrived to the terminal approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes later (to give them time to find and get the package to the counter and drive time to the terminal), I was told that I was not able to pick it up at that time and I would have to check back the next day 8/13/2022 and this isn't even a guarantee that it will be available for pick up then. This is ridiculous that UPS as technology advanced as they are can't track a package correctly and the driver completely lied with a documented scan as "undeliverable" when I was waiting at home the entire day for this delivery. I also have ring cameras that did not alert to anyone coming to the house and doorbell buttons on all doors of the house that did not ring. If you want the run around between Customer service or lack of, and the terminal, charged more for attemting to get a package held at the terminal for pickup, then by all means use UPS. read more

I requested my package be delivered to the back door when I purchased it, while posting signs saying same the morning of the delivery. The truck arrived at about noon where the driver proceeded to dump the package on the side of the house in a puddle of mud. To recap after he read the signs, delivered the package in the mud, he reported back to the office that he left it at the back door. This is far from the first time that something like this has happened. Sometimes they just leave it out on the driveway for people passing by to see, and sometimes the box is so mangled and torn that the item is hanging out half way out of the package. I feel that if a feedback system on every delivery was implemented like most other companies have, it would go a long way toward customer satisfaction. I watched the driver pull up on the street yesterday, put its 4ways on and then left...the a..hole didn't even get out of his truck!! Then I get an email saying nobody was there to receive delivery. After making several phone calls they assured me they'd send the driver back to deliver my package by end of day, again....no show. So, I get another email saying they would deliver today, I saw the truck go by at 11:47, he never even stopped!! Terrible method of packing your goods. Recently my Mom shipped me four painted vases. The person packing this attached the bubble wrap to the vases with packing tape. When I unpacked the vases, the paint pulled off with the tape. Who tapes bubble wrap to a vase to start the process? Rather, wrap the vase and finish it off with tape. And, to make matters worse, we insured these packages for $800. Today, I was denied coverage on this claim because UPS doesn't cover packing, only damage while in shipment. I would expect, when paying for packaging and insurance, that I'd be covered. UPS, you've lost my business. read more

I keep seeing UPS blaming weather in other parts of the country as the reason for my package on a truck in Omaha not getting delivered. People understand it's the holidays so there may be delays, and also understand that weather can cause delays. What we do not understand is how UPS can put a package on a truck, and then just not deliver it. Be honest and give the actual reason for the delays. Crap happens, we get it. UPS is the most horrible delivery company on the face of this planet. I waited all day for them to deliver electronics to my home last Wednesday. I was waiting for them because my porch was covered in ice from the storm that happened the day before. The bafoon who delivered my packages did it at 6 p.m. at night when my son was getting picked up to leave my home, so the driver parked 2 doors down. He left the boxes on my ice covered porch that I salted, and did not ring the doorbell or knock. When I went outside, I yelled at him for just leaving my packages. He ignored me. I called their "customer service" center. They told me a supervisor would call me back. That did not happen. I called again today - the following Saturday. I got answers anywhere from I never called them, to they called me, but I didn't answer. They had a supervisor call me back, and he told me it was my fault I had ice on my porch, and that's their policy. I asked if he noticed an uptick in theft from porches as a result of their policy, and he said that's what insurance was for. I had nothing but straight up unprofessionalism from everyone I've dealt with at this company. I will never order from any company that uses UPS ever again! For the second time I have ordered from Amazon Prime with 2 day delivery and for the second time my package has not shown up when promised. Package was due Thursday Dec 6, UPS sent email saying delayed and would be delivered Nov 7. It is now 7:40PM CST and no package event hough UPS shows it on truck for delivery. Try to call UPS and office is closed until Monday morning. My next move notify Amazon Prime to never ship my purchases via UPS again. I would give zero stars if that was possible. After expecting my package to be delivered, I was at home and received a text from my parcel track app that said the package was undeliverable because no one was at the residence. I had not had a knock on my door or anything so I was confused. Also no signature was required for the package so it just didn't make sense. I checked my door for a notice like they would usually leave if a delivery attempt had been made. Nothing. Per my tracking it said the package was being routed to an access point. I called said access point who informed me that the package wouldn't be available for pick up until the following day after 1pm. They gave me a 1800 number to call to request a redeliver. After speaking with the customer service at the 1800 number they put in for an urgent redeliver and said my local dispatch would call within the hour with a delivery time. The dispatch called within 10 min and instead of giving me a delivery time said that I could pick my package up tomorrow at the access point. I said no, that customer service put in for an urgent redeliver. The dispatcher said she "could get in a lot of trouble for rerouting the driver" trying to discourage me from asking again for the redeliver. I told her no, customer service said this would be redelivered and would not have said they could if it would get you in trouble. She said she would have to call the driver and see but that she couldn't make him redeliver and couldn't guarantee he would listen to her...20 min later she called me back to question me about my story and if I had a side door. I explained that I lived in an apartment and only had my front door. She proceeded to accuse me of lying and that I had to have a side door or back door to my apartment. I said I only had a patio but was on the second floor so it would be impossible for him to go to that door. She kept accusing me of lying and when I kept saying I just wanted my package she passed me off to who she said was the manager of the facility. He came on the phone, did not introduce himself and just said "yea" I introduced myself and he said "uh huh" I reexplain the situation and he then also questions my door and the entrance to my apartment. I explained I do not have a second door or side door and you can walk up the stairs from the parking lot. The whole time he was just accusing me of lying and saying his driver is saying he left a note on my side door and he believes him. I have never had this issue before with UPS and have lived in this location for some time. The so called manager then tells me he will be paying me a visit personally to check out the information I gave him and see about my door. He said he would be coming by personally to see if I had telling the truth about my door. How crazy!! I felt threatened and unsafe at that point as I had no idea who this man was. And if he wasn't delivering my package he had no business coming to my home to "pay me a visit" as he put it. He even made sure to tell me he had my address and personal information right there in front of him. Needless to say, I called the 1800 number again for assistance and to place a complaint against the manager I spoke to. I had to also ask that they not try to redeliver as at that point I wasn't gonna open my door for anyone. When she went to adjust the package route, she told me the manager had put in to have it redelivered on Friday (which was 2 days away!) so at that point it wasn't even going to my access point anymore. So add that not only was I threatened and verbally accosted by the staff at this facility, but they put in a delivery date further away, against my wishes and requests, as retaliation. Horrible horrible service. Unfortunately when I shop online I can't request different delivery services and a lot of companies use UPS instead of USPS or FedEx. So every time I get a package now, I just have to hope for the best and hope that I don't have to deal with anyone from this facility again. read more

They screwed me over by lying saying they will pick up a damaged chair that they damaged as long as I had a return label and that I would not be responsible for buying a box to return it in. But when the driver came to pick it up he said it had to already be in a box. First of all, it's been waiting to be picked up for a week now. They are so full of it and this is why a lot of our jobs are going to other countries because the workers here don't want to do their freaking jobs. This center is absolutely useless. I have never had an issue with UPS before, but this is ridiculous. I had 2 day shipping on a business item and it was scheduled to arrive on Thursday. When it didn't arrive, I called to have it held at the Omaha location so I could just pick it up on my way to work. SIX HOURS LATER, after I submitted the hold request and it had been approved, they shipped it anyway! I spoke with customer service and they were of no help. This review is specifically for the driver, but I don't have anywhere else to post it. I received a text message that my package had been delivered to the porch. I called and spoke to my mother, who was at my home. She said there were no packages delivered, the door bell never rang and the dogs never barked. This was enough proof for me that my packages were not delivered. I called customer service, who were ok to speak to and they took care of getting in contact with the driver. The driver returned to my home and said he did not deliver anything to that address. He returned about 30 mins later with the packages in hand. He apologized that they had been delivered to the incorrect address. Even though they were delivered to the incorrect address, he was persistent in finding the packages for us. Had 4 boxes arriving that were heavy so I needed to have a dolly ready when the delivery came. Item arrived in Omaha and was loaded on the truck early morning. Was told "estimated" delivery would be between 12-4. Called after 4:30, delivery has to be there by 6:30 since this was a ground shipment. After 6:30 I called again. Was now told that the delivery has to be done by 8:00. During all of the calls, they cannot give a window for the delivery so you have to be available all day. Kept stressing the window given was an estimate only. Why don't they have a way to assist their customers by installing a tracking system to assist customers with a time window for the delivery? It was getting dark so I had to turn on the outdoor lights so they could see my address. Finally after 7:30, a Budget rental truck is backing into my driveway, UPS ran out of trucks the driver said. Thank goodness for the nice driver that was able to unload the boxes where I needed them instead of leaving them outside. read more
