Delivery of my package (needed for my BUSINESS) was attempted Friday 4/17/26. I pulled into my driveway, saw the tag on my door, AND saw the UPS trump 2 houses down. I frantically waved, but driver wouldn't come back. I called UPS and somehow got the delivery rescheduled for later that day, but requested after I got back from a medical appointment. Driver came back earlier than requested (before I got back), and left an "annoyed" note ... UPS online updated the next attempt for Saturday. Never showed up. Then for Monday. Never showed up ... by Monday night, there was NO STATUS, and despite over a dozen calls including to supervisors, my package still can't be located ... are they kidding? ... Now it's Wednesday 7pm ... If that wasn't enough, ANOTHER package (for my business) was scheduled for 3:15-5:15 TODAY ... AGAIN, it was a no-show ... Actually, I don't blame the drivers, nor phone staff ... I blame CAROL TOME, the CEO of UPS for massively cutting staff, and negatively affecting customers ... Why should someone being paid $24.1M a year, with a 2023 CEO-to-median worker pay ratio of 436-to-1 care about her customers? ... If I could give 0 stars I would. My pkg arrived at the processing facility at 9:50am & at 10 am it states due to emergency situation or severe weather (it is only raining) your pkg will be reschedule. 11 hours later no rescheduled date or time. Do not take the option for a callback as it stated 25 minutes to callback. Over a hour later I had to call and wait almost half an hour for an agent to say There is no reason eht it was delayed and give it till 20 am tomorrow for an update. We're paid extra for delivery by 10:30 a.m. Was in their possession by 4:53 a.m. By 5:30 the next day, already being 7 hours late, still has not moved from warehouse. Customer service - nothing but excuses. Refund for service that was not provided - yeah that's not happening. All I got was - give it a couple days. Overnight delivery - don't understand their confusion. They're not confused about the extra charge - just the part where they are supposed to actually deliver the item. read more

I had a package scheduled to arrive today between 12:15pm-2:15pm, signature required. During that time, I was in the living room and kitchen. There are 3 adults and a small dog at home, 4 cars in the driveway. I'm watching the gps tracker and suddenly it stops, and I get a notification that "they missed me." We're all home. NOBODY KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR. I called, spoke to a person, another called me back and said they'd reroute the driver. I'm still waiting, but no tracker this time. This review is just a FYI for eBay shippers. I ship many items from eBay using a QR code and recently decided to start using UPS because FedEx rates are going up. Just keep in mind this UPS location does not accept QR codes. The label has to already be printed to drop off here. They will tell you to go to The UPS Store to get a label printed which I did and got the label. Seems odd to me being they are UPS but according to the customer service guy at the counter here he has no idea if they will ever accept QR codes. Hope this helps the next guy not waste time coming here. read more

Their hours of operation and their location are convenient. Their service is ok. The biggest difference I see in the last three years are the increased pricing. I guess it's nearly the same with USPS and FedEx. I haven't made the comparison. I cannot speak as a business owner only as an individual. They NEVER deliver correctly. ALWAYS give me an issue delivering to my business no matter if I have the company name to deliver it to. There are no suite numbers. DELIVER THE PACKAGE!!!! I went in to change the address multiple times to make sure that it had all the correct information and it still wouldn't get delivered. I called customer service to ask what I should do and their suggestion was to go to the pick up service center and just show my photo ID. I physically go out of my way to the delivery center to pick up my package and they still gave me a hard time since the address on my ID did not match the delivery address. THey should be ashamed keeping packages that were promised by a certain delivery date hostage like that. read more

Package was scheduled for Saturday delivery.. got the email and through the app you have the option to track your truck... my truck sat all day in the Tinton Falls facility... either the truck GPS was broken or they just didn't roll the trucks that day.. maybe better off going with FedEx read more

I've been here many, many times and have been helped by a handful of different employees. Every single employee seems to go out of their way to be helpful. They are all super pleasant to deal with. They always have tape and markers available. It's rare to have such a consistently good customer experience anywhere. I can't even bring myself to compare this UPS center to the USPS. Right before Christmas UPS left packages in my driveway in the rain instead of ringing my doorbell and leaving on my covered porch. I called customer service and they said they would let the driver know and prevent this in the future. I put a big sign in yellow and blue tape on my garage door and yesterday during the rain they left more boxes which were destroyed. After 2 hours with customer service again last night they apologized and this morning a supervisor from Eatontown called and said they would let the driver know again. Tonight in the rain/snow storm they again left three boxes in snow unprotected while we were home with not even an attempt to ring our doorbell. Are you kidding me! UPS next day delivery is terrible. If your a business owner in red bank,nj use FedEx. Your always at end of route 5 to 8pm delivery. Or if not they bring next day after. Exactly not 1 day more like 2 day delivery. Basically a step above poat office. Cant wait for Amazon to break out the drones. read more

my package was dispatched from this ups center, delivered and carelessly left in an unsecured location exposed to the main road at 6pm on a friday night! instead of brought to my house and left outside my door like the postal service and amazon usually do. my box was found in the woods opend, empty, all contents stolen!!!!!! read more

I am a prime member with Amazon and have issues with my packages being delivered on time with this facility. Even after I sign slips, make calls and leave notes my packages are not delivered for days or are dropped off at some pharmacy in Asbury Park, NJ which is a town over from me. I spoke several times with UPS company and Amazon and filed complaints. Even after receiving requests from UPS and Amazon, the manager over at UPS refused to carry out the requests, does not even attempt a second delivery to my house, drops them off at another location and is very indifferent and rude when you speak with him. I highly suggest UPS gives Jonathan over at the Tinton Falls facility some training in customer service, workshops in people skills and a warning. He gives UPS a bad name. read more

The absolute WORST location! It has been over a week and I am still waiting for them to deliver my package that was shipped out Dec. 29. My tracking update states that it's on the truck to be delivered, yet never makes it to my home. I find it ridiculous that I had to keep calling an 800 number that never got in contact with the location to find out what is going on with my order. I had spoken with 6 different people (all no help) giving me guaranteed times that it would be delivered, still no package. I asked many times to speak with a supervisor of that location and I just got the runaround. I drove to the facility , after I was told to go there to pick up my package ,after a total of 6 phone calls and hours of being on hold and transferred. To find out that they have no clue what truck my package is on and that it was never out for delivery! All the guy did at the location was have me write my number down so they can call when they find it.He had absolutely no explanation as to why my tracking would say "out for delivery " when It was never even put on a delivery truck. It has been almost two weeks! I'm highly pissed and wasted hours of my time to still have to sit and wait on one of the incompetent employees to give me a call. Even giving one star is too much.... UPS is the WORST!! I ship items ups every single day of the week and I have had nothing but problems. I was due to get a package which I ordered on a Monday, due to receive it on Tuesday. (Coming from in the state). I checked the UPS tracking and it said by the end of the day on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and so do 2 ups trucks through out the day and nothing... so I call the only number online for UPS and what do I get? Non american speaking customer service reps who are rude and disrespectful. They tell me there is nothing they can do to help me except send a message to " the center" who will call me back within an hour.. No idea who "the center" is and why they don't have a phone number for them but then when I did receive a call back, Linda no idea who she is, but left me a voicemail basically saying that the package is not going to be delivered Tuesday and maybe not on Wednesday either, they can not locate the package. BUT Linda gave me the wonderful advice to keep check the ups tracking.. which was WRONG in the first place... OH and Linda failed to leave her contact info or where she was calling from or anything for me to contact her back. So I did as anyone else would do and redialed the number she called from.. well "I'm sorry the number you are trying to reach is no longer in service. Goodbye" is the message I get... this is not over and I will be sure to tell my company who does ALOT of business with UPS to go elsewhere from now on. Unbelievable. read more
