Paid extra money to have something shipped overnight to a relative in Athens, GA. Anytime something has gone through Bogart, it is not on time. This was time sensitive and did NOT make it. Tracking showed it arrived in Bogart and was out for delivery the day it was SUPPOSED to arrive and had a time delivery estimation before 1:00pm. Hours past that time the time estimation changed to before 9:30 pm. It never arrived, went back to Bogart, then back out today. So, it wasn't delivered until almost 24 hours past the first estimated time of delivery. read more

Absolutely horrible. Order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 05/31/25. Got pushed back until today. 6:37pm it says, "We are trying to get the security access our driver needs for this delivery." We don't live in a gated community. There is no access needed. Last time it was due to "bad weather" when it was 70 and sunny. Customer service wanted to charge extra to let me pick up the package. read more

Waiting on a package that was scheduled for delivery Friday 11/28/2025. Here it is Sunday 11/30/2025. No package, over $600.00 cost plus shipping . UPS sux. It was on a delivery schedule all day but time kept changing. Finally at about 7:30 pm it was going to be rescheduled for the next day because of a emergency situation or severe weather, weather was fine. I think they either damaged, lost or stolen my package. UPS sucks! There service is terrible, my package was supposed to be delivered on 3-12 by 7:00 pm. It was not, the driver stated a delivery was attempted but that is a lie, I have a outside camera pointed right at my driveway to the street.There was no UPS delivery truck that came to my house on 3-12-2025. NOT HAPPY WITH UPS! I was expecting my package to be delivered on Friday July 5th. I received several notifications from UPS that my package was on the truck and OUT FOR DELIVERY! I tracked the package all day long and even followed the driver on the (LIVE MAP) provided on the UPS website. The driver was within 3 miles of my house for over an hour and a half and NEVER delivered my package!!! I am so upset. The delivery status kept changing from being delivered by 4:00 p.m. till 7:00 and then by 9:00 and then by midnight...I STILL HAD NO PACKAGE! Even though the website still said...OUT FOR DELIVERY! I took several screenshots of all the updates also each time it changed. UPS will never admit to any of the changes. The package contains expensive candles, and this package is sitting inside a UPS truck in this HEAT for 3 days now...so can you imagine what my merchandise is going to look like when I do receive it (if I ever do)? If this temperature is 98 degrees outside, with a real feel of 104. Can you imagine what the temperature is inside that UPS truck??? I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! I did call the sender and they did refund my shipping cost because UPS didn't deliver my package when they were supposed to. I could understand if they haven't received the package yet. But they had it in hand, scanned, and loaded on the truck and OUT FOR DELIVERY!!!! What is your opinion on this matter? read more

On Friday 9-2 the ups website and app both said out for delivery. At 4:53 while at home I get a notification about a missed delivery. No one knocked at there was no slip on my door about a delivery attempt. Tue 9-6 and wed 9-7 my package was not even loaded on the truck. When I called the person said the package was never loaded on the truck on 9-2 and was missing. So how can a package be scanned as being loaded on the truck then be scanned as missed delivery attempt if it was not there? read more

This shipping center lost a package. I called to file a claim and the said that they will investigate and it will take 8 days. I called after 8 days to follow up and UPS said the claim was closed after 1 day. They said they called the package receiver the next but they didn't answer the phone call. I asked what phone number they called and they said they didn't have a phone number. They LIED about calling. They said that they would re-open the claim. I asked to speak to a supervisor who said I had to wait 8 days until they investigated again. Within 1/2 of my call UPS called the receiver of the package. They told them they did not receive the package and other packages were stolen too. They said that in 2 days I'll have an answer. Hoping to resolve this in 2 day! read more

I'd give no stars! My delivery wasn't shipped to me on the date they said they'd deliver and the representative I spoke to was down right rude! Was told they would make sure the driver would redeliver my package that evening and they didn't! You'd think because they lied they would have delivered it first thing the next morning , but no! They cost me over $200 bucks in cancellation fees for appointments that I had to reschedule at the last minute! I don't leave any medical packages unattended at my home! Worst company I've ever dealt with! They need to work on being truthful and treating the customers with more respect! read more

My package was not delivered timely. Instead, I got a message that an attempt was made and the business was closed. That was absolutely not true! Not only was the business open, but Heather, at UPS, told me that the packages meant to be delivered that day to my husband's business WERE NEVER PUT ON A TRUCK FOR DELIVERY! She just kept saying someone made an error. She also said that all of the packages for that address were locked up in a trailer with no access. Because it is Friday before Labor Day, the packages won't be delivered until Tuesday. My package was for a gender reveal on Sunday....no need for Team Boy shirts two days later. I am very disappointed that I will not only miss getting my shirts, but I will have to cancel the order with the seller. My credibility is destroyed by the "attempt made" status in my tracking info. I have had so many issues with this UPS location. They just don't bring your package and then they won't let you pick it up at the location. I had a package that said out for delivery all day today that needed a signature (so I had to take off work to wait for it) and then at 6:15 tonight it said it would now be delivered Monday. When I called they told me they would look in the trailer and call me back. I knew from previous experiences that it wasn't going to happen so I went to the location myself. There I talked to the girl at the desk who told me that nobody there had a key and could look in that trailer. So once I talked to the supervisor she went and looked in the trailer but still could not find my package. they literally told me "everything you are seeing on your tracking was supposed to happen but it didn't". No kidding. That's why I'm here looking for the package that was supposed to come. This location is awful and they have been every time I've had to deal with them (which is frequent) and I would recommend using FedEx or USPS any day over UPS. read more
