I go to FedEx and UPS frequently. At FedEx you are promptly greeted and served. Here you always have to wait for someone to appear. When they do finally appear they act as if they could care less if you are there or not. read more

I have tried calling UPS about a package that was supposed to be delivered to my home. I call the number and they hang up on me because I ask to speak to an agent. I had to send an email to them but it is doubtful they will respond. The service from UPS is getting worse and worse. I have had problems before with drivers throwing my packages, today they left it sitting across the street from my home behind a locked gate. My address is on my house in big black numbers and can be easily seen for those looking. What is worse is that I get deliveries throughout the year and my address is not unknown to the drivers. I am disappointed with the service UPS has provided from the driver to customer support. I will NOT recommend UPS to anyone and if there is a different option on shipping I will pay extra to keep it from going UPS. read more

this place should hang their head in shame, I order from amazon pretty regularly, every time I see ups has my package the dread begins. I get 1 out of 20 orders delivered when it is supposed to be from this horrendous company. Apparently after their rude nasty driver bucked up at my husband acting he wanted to fight we have had ongoing issues with him. This despicable driver will at the end the day put customer requested to pick up at ups, this ups location is about 45 mins from my house, which is a blatant lie, management never calls me back, they are always conveniently on vacation. I have had to go numerous times to p/u my package. They make amazon fail their 2 day delivery. I have been reassured after every delivery we have issue with it wont happen again. This time I ordered a custom for a little girl whose family is struggling financially to have for her class party, now she wont have it in time, unless I go buy another one. At 10 pm it still said on tracking that my package was out for delivery, when I called amazon, ups told them that it had been left at warehouse, hmmm convenient it was scanned out for delivery at 712am and 717am..... We even ran into driver a few months back and my husband apologized for anything he had done. Driver acted like everything was ok. Guess not. I am done dealing with the local office, apparently they dont care just look at the poor reviews. read more
