This isn't an actual Verizon Store but an authorized dealer that pretends to be an actual Verizon Store. They also have no problem disrespecting your privacing and selling your phone number to overseas companies that will spend the next infinite amount of time harassing you and calling you from literally over 1000 numbers 20 to 30 times a day that start the day after you switch. Despite the staff knowing what they are doing they do absolutely nothing to warn you or allow you to opt out of it either. They are the lowest of the low and nothing but greedy scumbags that are willing to sacrifice their customers sanity just to make extra profit by selling your phone number as soon as the day after you switch to their awful business. They cannot run out of business fast enough and I hope someone burns it to the ground. read more

Great people. Upgraded my wife's phone, they had me in and out in no time at all. This was after having a bad experience with Verizon customer support after ordering her a phone online that shipper claimed was undeliverable. I will never order online from Verizon again. Not when I can go to the store and get excellent service like this. read more

I asked to speak to someone in the local office, and he started yelling asking if I thought Windstream started in Dalton Ga. He just kept screaming that I needed to call customer service and hung up on me. The customer service is awful. They make it very difficult to speak to a person. They are rude, not…read morefriendly, and the English is poor. they charge $6.95 to run your card, and if it doesn't go through they will continue to run it, while charging $6.95 each time. Asking a person to reverse these charges is near impossible.. also my service would lag a lot, and randomly go out, taking up to 10 minutes each time to reconnect. The charge of $128 a month is ridiculous. I wouldn't use them if you have another choice.

I was told on the phone that our house was out of their service area and it probably wouldn't improve. SO - not only did they knowingly install service outside their area, but then sent me to collections because I didn't want to pay for someone to uninstall all the equipment and close out the account... After the experience, I reached out to others and apparently this is not uncommon at all for RTC.
