Totally useless for FedEx shipments. I've tried shipping same package for three days with FedEx Business account. I was the only customer at the counter and the employee WOULD NOT assist me. I ship business packages all over the South East without any issues except for the store located in Dalton GA. I will never recommend or use this location again. Wow... Terrific service from their Service Technician... I brought in my laptop with a damaged main drive... was not worth fixing... for the same amount I was able to purchase a new Lenovo Tower with all the bells and whistles at the same price... as a Senior Citizen with zero tech skills I was quite nervous about the setting up of a new computer... The service technician sensed that, and told me to relax... he would make it easy and set it up for me... He spent over an hour to set up my Microsoft Account and Chrome on my new machine... synched everything... all files and photos were preserved... and as he said... when I got home and plugged it in... voila... it all worked terrifically. I am so happy with my new computer... this young man deserves ten stars... real customer service... he took care of me...!!! read more

Called with a question about leaving a package for ground service delivery. Once the young man answered ONLY U.P.S. picked up there daily---he was dismissive to a follow up question. Not terrible---but certainly not engaging or helpful. read more

Charlie Brown (you), kicking the football (fixing the delivery of the wrong item), and Lucy (the on-line Office Depot "help"). Foolish Charlie Brown trusts Lucy to hold the football, but she does not, and does not again, and does not again--10 wasted days of trying. In my version Charlie has had enough, so when Lucy offers to try the same thing again, he hands the football to Peppermint Patty. A few minutes later--field goal. Peppermint Patty in real life is FRANKIE, a manager of my local Office Depot store, #335. It's so good to know that there are still a few competent grownups we can rely on when big businesses make bad mistakes. ALL STARS.
