Only great if you really don't expect any level of service. Problem: too bad. We don't answer the phone. Worst service ever

Don't use this store and either take to UPS depot directly or use Fedex. Sent one package through them before and asked them to tape and secure it. They didn't and it opened up mid-transit causing UPS to throw away contents and consider it lost. Lesson learned first time to tape it up myself. Second time coming in with taped package asked to have insured for $150. Lady behind the counter said yes and when asked after the transaction said it was only for $100 and that she'd have to do it all over again. Can't trust customer service and constantly having to double check anything they do. When asked about any issue they have no idea and are confused. Essentially useless. Secure your own packages and instead drop them off directly at a UPS drop off location (not this one) or use Fedex or USPS instead. read more

I dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon, two weeks later UPS website still showed "dropped off" as status. I call this store and as I'm explaining to her what is going on all I get is "wow" and "that's crazy". So obviously she's not even listening, doesn't provide any additional assistance. Girl tells me to call Amazon...about a package they haven't even shipped? Of course I had already tried that. I told her that because of the current situation when you call Amazon's 800 number the message says they aren't taking calls and to resolve everything online and again the response "wow, that's crazy". I'm sure if they don't lose your package it's fine to do business with them but if there is an issue, then it's just "wow that's crazy." read more

I had an emergency packaged shipped overnight early AM and they store said they guaranteed the shipment will arrive by 10AM, but it didn't arrive until 9PM the next day, I called UPS and they said they will not refund the charges, I was livid! I chatted with UPS, called, and hit up their Facebook, all with different stories, the plane was late, the truck is stuck in traffic, yadda yadda. But they refused to process the refund.... This put me even more over the top. I called the store ready to let them have it, and they said it was definitely guaranteed, and they processed the refund without me even having to ask. Glad this independently owned store has their stuff together so much better than Corporate UPS. This is probably the only saving grace that I ever use UPS again. Thanks to the Dalton Crew read more

I want to thank the employees at the UPS store. I brought in a big string art hanging and they did the best job of wrapping it up and taking care of it before shipping it across the country for me!! this place should hang their head in shame, I order from amazon pretty regularly, every time I see ups has my package the dread begins. I get 1 out of 20 orders delivered when it is supposed to be from this horrendous company. Apparently after their rude nasty driver bucked up at my husband acting he wanted to fight we have had ongoing issues with him. This despicable driver will at the end the day put customer requested to pick up at ups, this ups location is about 45 mins from my house, which is a blatant lie, management never calls me back, they are always conveniently on vacation. I have had to go numerous times to p/u my package. They make amazon fail their 2 day delivery. I have been reassured after every delivery we have issue with it wont happen again. This time I ordered a custom for a little girl whose family is struggling financially to have for her class party, now she wont have it in time, unless I go buy another one. At 10 pm it still said on tracking that my package was out for delivery, when I called amazon, ups told them that it had been left at warehouse, hmmm convenient it was scanned out for delivery at 712am and 717am..... We even ran into driver a few months back and my husband apologized for anything he had done. Driver acted like everything was ok. Guess not. I am done dealing with the local office, apparently they dont care just look at the poor reviews. read more
