It should be a negative star. I waited for a package a replacement package actually that was supposed to be here between 11am and 3pm. I called out from work so I can be home for this package. Last package was delivered and sign for while I was at work. Got home 7:30 in morning no package. I know from working for a company that uses deliveries services of others that sometimes the driver will release the package and keep it on truck for a couple of days. But if you'll not going to be on time at least update the customer, cause if I didn't call out this package probably would've been left outside and missing by morning. I would give less than one star if I could. Their workers are stealing people's packages and no one does anything about it, they know they will get away with it. I had a big box arriving in Brooklyn destination facility, but they did not deliver it, told driver it was damaged, but did not scan it as damaged to return to sender. It also did not go to over goods facility where damaged and lost items go ( I talked to them multiple times, sent photos) but it was not there also. So how does 30ib box evaporate from one last facility without anyone knowing what happened to it and never came across during 2 month. Absolutely disgusting and irresponsible. One lady in this facility was so rude, couldn't care less, told me multiple different lies to get me off her back, she told me she was annoyed I kept calling, even hung up the phone on me. If you miss your UPS package and have to pick it up in person, this where you have to go in Brooklyn. It's located in a remote part of the city, almost in Queens, but we used Waze to avoid traffic and get there in a half-hour. They have a parking lot and the lines were short. The UPS clerk brought out our package quickly. My only complaint is why the UPS driver didn't ring our doorbell. I seriously wonder if there's anyone working at this local facility. My package was shipped a week ago and arrived at this facility 5 days ago. Then it has been "in transit" for 4 business days without any update. There's no scheduled delivery date either! Because no one has attempted to deliver it, UPS doesn't allow me to change delivery methods. I can't even file a claim because the status is "in transit." Customer service is always useless. Basically everything is beyond their control, and customers must bear all the risks. I finally made a pickup request, and this local store is still not responding to my request. I placed an order with EBAY,and the shipping charge is free.After shipping,the vendor emailed me the UPS#,it should arrive 18/10/2022-20/10/2022,I tracked my package several times and today(20/10/2022) is the last day,I tracked my package per the track#,to my surprise,it says address required,then I called the UPS customer service,a lady with indian accent answered my phone and she asked me to pay $7.99 by my credit card over the phone,I asked her if I could pay at the UPS pickup center when I went there to pick up,she replied me I had to pay before I went there pick up,then I asked her how could you gurantee me after you took my credit number you would not give my credit card number to somebody else in india or someone worldwide... she did not care about my worry and concern,just took down my credit card info(my master card#,exp date,my full name and security code),after she took down my credit card,and charged my card,she told me I had to keep my phone open,in one hour someone from UPS would call you and tell you how to go there pickup my package I got so many packages from Amazon with my same address without any problem and my delivery address maches my credit card address.I just googled the ups service,so many people complained about their services for so many years,but the UPS never correct their service,maybe the UPS treats our individuals as nothing!!!This is company is arragant and so rude!!! lm here to write a review about this place for the 3rd time about these amateurs losing my package. This is the 3rd time, 3 different scenarios where l went to pick up my package and they can't find it. Not sent back to sender but missing!! How is this filthy garbage place still open? Customer service sucks, for 30 mins l watched the guy walked around, never even came to update me on why he's circling around, he just came out and said we can't find your package, here's a 1800 number, call it to put a claim in. I just don't get it. A big company like UPS cant properly put aside an item for pickup without their employees taking it home. After walking almost a mile trying to find the only customer care UPS store in Brooklyn I was greeted by rude security guards, when I stood up for myself I was refused entry and was unable to receive my package in what I think was an attempt to pull me out of character and have the incident escalate further. I just left there are so many other options for me to receive my package than let someone try and ruin my day because of their own misery. Karma strikes when least suspected. read more

One star is simply too many for this particular UPS or just UPS in general. Your drivers are morons for not being able to read the address correctly to deliver the package AND your costumer service is absolute NO help. In fact, the local UPS rep was so rude on the phone. She called from number 718-270-7801. Find out who she is and fire her for getting loud with a costumer who is simply trying to explain to her what the correct address is so they fix their mistake. You must do a better job in hiring competent people who can do their jobs. So damn disappointing! read more

I ordered a cheesecake from juniors with overnight delivery. Two days later the cake was out for delivery and at 10 pm the status changed to in transit. Now 3 days later no cheesecake, I calked UPS customer service who told be they have a backup and are prioritizing what packages to delivery coming from their foster Ave warehouse. Apparently a perishable item that was send overnight isn't on the immediate priority list. UPS is horrible, too many times my packages see to vanish while in their possession. read more
