Terrible!!! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was empty. That should have been my first clue. I asked for a shellac manicure. Within 2 hours after my nails were done, the shellac polish literally fell off whole on my two middle nails. By bedtime, 2 more had popped off (thumb and pointing finger). By Monday, all polish had popped off whole. It didn't peel or chip... it just popped off like press on nails. Mid manicure, a man walked in and they switched technicians in me. I have never had this experience before with shellac polish. He clearly didn't know what he was going. The first technician also cut my cuticle when preparing my nails. I started bleeding and they put some sort of solution on it to stop the bleeding. Didn't work. Terrible job and a waste of time and money. I will never return. read more

This nails salon is the best, especially Bea (my personal favorite). We started coming here 8 years ago. A mother of 3 boys and 1 girl, I wanted to make nail time, girl time, when she was about 8 years old. Multiple salons though only did a quick, quick polish on my daughter and then she just sat and waited while they finished my full pedicure. Then we found Nails Tec in Broomfield. This salon not only have her a full pedicure but made her feel special. They treated her so well. They offered a kid friendly version with jelly or aroma while I did hot stones. In the meantime, my daughter is now 16 and also doing the hot stones. You get quality service at affordable pricing served in a friendly and personable manner. read more

I was a Saturday walk-in and had an EXCELLENT experience. I opted for the deluxe pedicure and they did a wonderful job. My last several pedicures at other locations have all been ok. I just get regular nail polish, and I have found that the quality of the paint job at many places is not great. However, the gentleman who did my nails at Nails Tec took his time and did a very quality job, even re-doing one nail when it didn't turn out quite right (he noticed it, I didn't say anything). OK so I was wrong, it really depends on the technician you get. 4 weeks ago I had my left middle finger repaired with silk wraps. I was back 2 weeks ago for a basic French manicure, repair another tear on my right middle finger and because my left middle nail didn't grow out enough it would need to be repaired again, these were on natural nails. So I explained to the tech I would like to have the left nail repaired with the silk wrap, and I was told it would be best for an acrylic on it because it won't hold. By other posts on the web I found that acrylic can ruin and thin the natural nails, I ended up with the wrap I requested. As the tech is putting on the top coat on my right hand she inspects at the middle nail and says again that she doesn't think it would remained fixed - ummm that was the wrong hand. Then I thought I'd spice it up a bit by requesting scroll type designs, was told its not possible with shellac. I ended up getting a rose on each pinky that looked horrible. Lesson learned once you get a tech stay with that one which may mean having to make an appointment instead of walk-in. The scrolls I couldn't get, well its possible with shellac, I had gotten them done at a different place and it looks great. read more

This place is great. Nothing flashy, but most affordable shellac polish change I've found, at $15. Haven't had a bad tech yet :)

I love this place! It's very hole in the wall, but they do a fantastic job on my nails. Their prices are also very reasonable. I'm used to paying $40 for my nails, and they do the exact same thing for $25. The lady (I think her name is Mary?) is a real perfectionist. If you're in the area, it's worth your time. read more

I've been here several times. Love how the one tech will do any design you ask for. This past time there in October my deluxe spa pedicure left me in serious health danger, they used dirty tools apparently and cut me between the side of the nail and deep in the nail bed. I got a serious infection and it's still healing after antibiotics like no other, lancing it, and constant foot soaks. Do not believe I will be ever returning there. I'll pay more to go elsewhere. read more

went to nail tec in broomfield last night with my brother and mother for pedicures. We had specifically asked if hefty callus work could be done (you can bet my brother didn't need pink nails) and the owner said yes no problem. Don't bother to go there for anything but Maybe manicures. Put it this way I will be doing a better job myself next time. Instead of removing the calluses on my feet my lady was more interested in what the others were doing (maybe she was the owner?). My heels are rougher than when I went in, most of my calluses weren't touched, I found dirt and easily removable dead skin on my right big toe once home, and the polish job was barely competent. Maybe I was expecting too much but I had gotten a pedicure in lakewood for the same price that took three times as long and had my feet feeling like a baby's for weeks afterwards (lesson learned -drive that little bit more). The only reason I am giving two stars is that the lady working on my brother did her job - even though her english was broken she engaged with her client, made sure his feet were soaked enough for her hefty grater to get quite a bit (not all) of his rough bits and spent the most time of any of the technicians (maybe 40 minutes) trying to do what we paid her for. read more

Received a terrible pedicure at this business. Went in for the first time to get a pedi. The girl that helped me gave me the "hurry-up" pedi, all within 30 minutes. Hello, I like to get pedis because I feel pampered and I enjoy someone cleaning my feet and painting my toes for 1 hour. When she was done, I noticed the polish on my big toe was awful looking because the nail was rough and had ridges and had not been smoothed out, and I mentioned that to her. She told me that if I wanted my nails smoothed out that I had to let them know. I told her that had not been the case at other spas I had visited in the past. She hastily took off the polish and got another women to redo my toes, because she had an appointment that had come in, hence the fast pedi I received. If she did not have time to give me a relaxed and enjoyable pedi, she should not have taken me. The woman who worked on my pedi next smoothed out the ridges somewhat with a rough file, not very smooth. She then painted my toes, but did not allow enough drying time between the 2 thick coats. So, I had my pedi 2 days ago, the polish on my big toes is all messed up because the polish was too thick and did not dry properly, even though I was told they were dry. My heels are still rough and dry, did not take their time with me. Very disappointed. I still have credit left on my gift certificate, or I wouldn't be going back to this business again. The lighting is so poor in there, I don't know how the techs can see what they are doing. read more
