We took our pontoon out tonight and when we brought it back and were parking it a vehicle pulled up and told us we couldn't park it in a spot along the road. Remember....no contract so we can park anywhere. We also parked on the end and backed up so our battery and motor were facing the road so it would be harder for anyone to steal. I followed him to the office and asked why we have to park in the back. We have no contract that states we have to. He said people have complained about boats in front. So he doesn't advertise that boats have to park in back but tells people selling boats they have to park in back. UNETHICAL. To even tell us that when there is no contract is B.S. I asked for my refund of one week because it's ridiculous to make up rules as you go. We have been there 3 days and all of a sudden he is making his own rules when there are no "rules". NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS
