Stopped by for a beer while in Boulder and wow, this Upslope location is super nice!! Love the decor inside and you can smell The Mighty Colorado Burger wafting through the air. (Had me drooling but I had just eaten lunch before coming in) Bobby was the beertender who helped me and he was very friendly as well. Apparently there's also a coffee shop next door too that closed at 2, so I'll definitely be back to check it out but also grab a burger and a beer!

While in Denver, one must visit at least one craft brewery to make the trip complete! My husband and I stopped by Upslope and were intrigued by the diversity of their menu - from regular blonde brews to snowball cocktails, and some sort of 14% ABV wine blend in between! We had a couple of beers - mine was the sour with hibiscus. It was good, and I would order it again if given the change. The crowd was so intriguing, but we definitely enjoyed one another's company. Would recommend as a small craft brewery in the Denver area...but honestly, Blue Moon was better on nearly all fronts.

First time to finally get to this popular brewery in Boulder. We sat inside and each enjoyed a brown ale. Quite smooth and very drinkable. Had this been our first stop, we definitely would've had a second. Lots of seating inside and out. I'm sure we'll be back.

Awesome brewery with top notch service! My husband and I were scootering down the South Boulder Creek trail and saw a paper sign for the brewery. We zoomed on but later the weather turned so we thought we'd stop for a drink and hope the rain passed. We were so surprised when we came through the back door warehouse parking lots and up to the brewery. They did an excellent job of making a business park into a cool brewery. The bartenders (especially the dude in the hat) were so helpful and cool. I enjoyed the whole experience. For the brews, I've had Up Slope before but never the beers we had today. I mixed the 2 sours together after a tasting with the bartender but on their own, I would have gone with the mango. I also got my husband a jalapeño lager which was fantastic!! The interior is really great too, lots of wood and concrete. Just a fun atmosphere all around. I can't wait to return!

Upslope gets my upvote. Wanting to start to unwind from a day of traveling and hiking, Emily took us to Upslope Brewing for a beer before heading back to Sammy's place. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly bartender and a really nice bar/drinking area. We grabbed drinks from the bar and took a seat by the windows that looked out into an outdoor drinking area. At first, I didn't see anything on the menu that really stuck out to me but then I saw my ol' favorite hefeweizen. As we sat there, we saw all these dogs with their owners come and go. At one point, we sat and watched these three dogs in the outdoor drinking area because they are just so adorable. Also, this outdoor area has misting to help keep cool while drinking ice cold beer. The hefeweizen was delicious without being too strong on banana, vanilla, or clove notes. Sometimes breweries will lean into those notes a bit too much and, for me, makes them a bit of a slower drinking beer. Not that that is bad, just a personal preference. Anywho, we had our one beer and dipped out. While we were finishing off our glass, they were bringing food out. While I was in no way hungry, the food looked delicious and smelled amazing. This was a nice little quick stop in what ended up being a 3 brewery tour in the span of a few hours.

I love the beer, service, and on site burger joint, The Mighty Burger. One great feature is they allow dogs. We enjoy trying their different Snowmelt Seltzers. Even grabbed some to go. The beer selection is also great! The Mighty Burger has great simple options for burgers or chicken sandwiches. Made fresh and you can add or change the toppings. Fries and the tots are both yummy.

Upslope is so fun they have a great outdoor area and everyone here is working on a perfect summer day.

Great outdoor seating, fun vibe, you go and order a burger and a beer and it's so fun. This location is right in front of the flatiron mountains and it's a great atmosphere to catch up with friends or work remotely. Just visiting my parents but this burger I'm gonna have to come back every time for it. Definitely a stop next time you're in Boulder, Colorado.

We started with a flight and ranked them in this order: * Holy Craic Irish Red Ale (#2 for my wife) * Golden Boy Kolsch (#1 for my wife) * Steel Cut Stout * Twisted Amber (neither liked) * Dublin Magic Irish Stout (neither liked) After the flight, we both enjoyed two of the beers we enjoyed the most. For food, we each got a side Caesar salad. Large and with lots of flavor, they were very good. We each then got the Mediterranean pizza. I added chicken to mine. My wife liked hers, while I was disappointed in mine. I didn't find the flavor to be great, and the crust was rather flimsy and disappointing. Pizza here on our first visit had been great, so again, this was disappointing. Service was friendly enough. I'm sure we'll be back again.

From game days (televised or board/card) to happy hour catch ups I love coming here for the laid back and family friendly vibes. I've enjoyed having my birthday party here for the last handful of years (they have amazing event space). As it's family friendly my crew always feels happy to bring their well behaved little one along. While my friends are sure to bring activities for their kiddos (books, toys, educational iPad devices) some folks aren't as considerate. I've definitely had the unfortunate experience of kids running amuck while their parents are fully attentive only to their brewskis. This was particularly disturbing as I've been recovering from a knee injury for several months and my partner has often been with me and on crutches. Would love to see people take more responsibility for their children's behavior when taking them out in public for everyone's safety. While it's Boulder afterall I hold hope that parents will look after their kids if they decide to bring them in or drop them to the nearby kiddos climbing facility if they wanna play. Looking forward to many more good times with friends at this awesome locally owned gem.

Nothing has changed whatsoever. From the funky mural on the garage door to the sticker-lined walls of the cooler to the remote location on the less popular side of Boulder, Vision Quest is proof that us beer lovers still long for breweries of this nature. See Andrew H's recent review for his spot-on analysis! The beer selection rocks. Pales, porters, IPA's, lagers, sours, stouts, and ambers. Quality over quantity, while still maintaining a variety of flavors. I was in a pale/IPA mood last Friday, and the Hoosier Head and Boombox were quite tasty. Only a few seats at the bar, but plenty of seating indoors. If the weather is nice, you'll find everyone sitting outside staring at the mountains. They host community events, vinyl nights, have a bunch of board games, etc. These are the breweries of yesteryear. The one that skyrocketed the craft beer movement. They are a dime a dozen these days. Vision Quest is one of them, and you can still find that magic here.

Granted the ambiance here is very fun, it feels 'college' in the best sense of that term. The young people running that taps and hanging out gave me hope for the future. Crazy that chill college breweries like this still exist! Especially in a town with basic-ass hotels for $700/night.

One of our favorite things during the pandemic when restaurants could reopen was picking up their in house chicken pot pie. It's my husband's absolute favorite chicken recipe which I used to make myself. Though I am unable to make it now that l have lost a lot of vision and not a single one we have bought elsewhere was sufficient until we ordered from The Post Boulder. After a short time it became too labor intensive for the Post to make in house back then with limited staff so they contracted with a pie facility in Denver. Compared to their own it was merely adequate so we moved on to there other in house specialties. As we were ordering gold specials for Sunday!s big game, I saw that the daily specials now include Chicken Pot Pies Thursday's so we went to try it. This ficus a personal size freshly made this morning it was nice to have for a meal with a side salad. But though good, it was not as hearty as the one we loved 5 years ago. Staff was friendly and attentive and my husbands favorite beer (El Korn) was on tap and my iced tea was customized perfectly . We even brought most of the salad home as it was a large serving for a lunch. We'll be back on Sunday for our wings and other treats that we need to pick up. And we can come back again for a lunch or dinner as the have more items for people like me who cannot eat fried chucked, with their grilled chicken or salmon.

Instead, we sat near the front at one of the long, communal wooden tables nears. Service was speedy and friendly.
