Enjoyed some beers on the patio with the views of the Rockies. We definitely had a great time here. The weather was perfect too. My sister and I split the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and it was really tasty. The sweet potato fries were good as well. They also had a kids menu. My little enjoyed her cheeseburger. The service was good as well. We will def come back here when we are back in town

Are you seeking brews in a low-key, bright, and cozy space? ++ COME HERE!! Located in an industrial park, Upslope Brewing offers ample parking, a massive front patio, and an intimate taproom - all adjacent to their brewing facility. I was pleasantly surprised by Upslope Brewings taproom. It offers tons of natural light, deep rich color and natural woods throughout the space are accented by plants, and Edison type lighting. There are tons of different seating areas and styles, including a semi-private event space for all your visiting needs. Do you love a preplanned flight based off styles? ++ COME HERE!! Love getting a curated experience with my brews! You can absolutely make your own flights and order individual pints as well! The preplanned sour flight had Blackberry Lemon, Passionfruit Hibiscus, Chamomile, and Vista. The Blackberry Lemon and Passionfruit Hibiscus are both flavorful fruited sour ales. The Chamomile and Vista are both wild ales, one aged in oak barrels and one in a foeder. Such a great way to experience a variety of options within the same style. Looking to grab a bite with your brew? ++ COME HERE!! The Mighty Burger is on site and ready to satisfy those hunger pangs in the best way! Post hike and tummy grumbling, I knew a thick bacon burger was what I needed in my life. The Mighty Burger slings up a tasty variety of burger, chicken sandwiches, sides and more! I'll save that for another review, but trust me - you're gonna want to check 'em out. Friendly folks make you want to sit and stay a while? ++ COME HERE!! While our interactions with the beertender were limited. It was pleasant over-all. He was friendly and helpful with offering up splashes of various brews, and helping guide us through our brew options. He went and checked on when/if The Mighty Burger was going to be open for our lunchtime needs. Upslope Brewing Company made for the perfect end to a great day of hiking in the Boulder area! I can't wait to come back, and sip on more of their tasty brew menu! Cheers, Boulder!

Stopped by for a beer while in Boulder and wow, this Upslope location is super nice!! Love the decor inside and you can smell The Mighty Colorado Burger wafting through the air. (Had me drooling but I had just eaten lunch before coming in) Bobby was the beertender who helped me and he was very friendly as well. Apparently there's also a coffee shop next door too that closed at 2, so I'll definitely be back to check it out but also grab a burger and a beer!

While in Denver, one must visit at least one craft brewery to make the trip complete! My husband and I stopped by Upslope and were intrigued by the diversity of their menu - from regular blonde brews to snowball cocktails, and some sort of 14% ABV wine blend in between! We had a couple of beers - mine was the sour with hibiscus. It was good, and I would order it again if given the change. The crowd was so intriguing, but we definitely enjoyed one another's company. Would recommend as a small craft brewery in the Denver area...but honestly, Blue Moon was better on nearly all fronts.

First time to finally get to this popular brewery in Boulder. We sat inside and each enjoyed a brown ale. Quite smooth and very drinkable. Had this been our first stop, we definitely would've had a second. Lots of seating inside and out. I'm sure we'll be back.

Awesome brewery with top notch service! My husband and I were scootering down the South Boulder Creek trail and saw a paper sign for the brewery. We zoomed on but later the weather turned so we thought we'd stop for a drink and hope the rain passed. We were so surprised when we came through the back door warehouse parking lots and up to the brewery. They did an excellent job of making a business park into a cool brewery. The bartenders (especially the dude in the hat) were so helpful and cool. I enjoyed the whole experience. For the brews, I've had Up Slope before but never the beers we had today. I mixed the 2 sours together after a tasting with the bartender but on their own, I would have gone with the mango. I also got my husband a jalapeño lager which was fantastic!! The interior is really great too, lots of wood and concrete. Just a fun atmosphere all around. I can't wait to return!

I love the beer, service, and on site burger joint, The Mighty Burger. One great feature is they allow dogs. We enjoy trying their different Snowmelt Seltzers. Even grabbed some to go. The beer selection is also great! The Mighty Burger has great simple options for burgers or chicken sandwiches. Made fresh and you can add or change the toppings. Fries and the tots are both yummy.

Upslope gets my upvote. Wanting to start to unwind from a day of traveling and hiking, Emily took us to Upslope Brewing for a beer before heading back to Sammy's place. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly bartender and a really nice bar/drinking area. We grabbed drinks from the bar and took a seat by the windows that looked out into an outdoor drinking area. At first, I didn't see anything on the menu that really stuck out to me but then I saw my ol' favorite hefeweizen. As we sat there, we saw all these dogs with their owners come and go. At one point, we sat and watched these three dogs in the outdoor drinking area because they are just so adorable. Also, this outdoor area has misting to help keep cool while drinking ice cold beer. The hefeweizen was delicious without being too strong on banana, vanilla, or clove notes. Sometimes breweries will lean into those notes a bit too much and, for me, makes them a bit of a slower drinking beer. Not that that is bad, just a personal preference. Anywho, we had our one beer and dipped out. While we were finishing off our glass, they were bringing food out. While I was in no way hungry, the food looked delicious and smelled amazing. This was a nice little quick stop in what ended up being a 3 brewery tour in the span of a few hours.

Upslope is so fun they have a great outdoor area and everyone here is working on a perfect summer day.

Great outdoor seating, fun vibe, you go and order a burger and a beer and it's so fun. This location is right in front of the flatiron mountains and it's a great atmosphere to catch up with friends or work remotely. Just visiting my parents but this burger I'm gonna have to come back every time for it. Definitely a stop next time you're in Boulder, Colorado.

Vision Quest is a microbrewery in Boulder that has been doing it the right way for awhile now…read more Until my visit last weekend, it had been years since I had been in the taproom. Nothing has changed whatsoever. From the funky mural on the garage door to the sticker-lined walls of the cooler to the remote location on the less popular side of Boulder, Vision Quest is proof that us beer lovers still long for breweries of this nature. See Andrew H's recent review for his spot-on analysis! The beer selection rocks. Pales, porters, IPA's, lagers, sours, stouts, and ambers. Quality over quantity, while still maintaining a variety of flavors. I was in a pale/IPA mood last Friday, and the Hoosier Head and Boombox were quite tasty. Only a few seats at the bar, but plenty of seating indoors. If the weather is nice, you'll find everyone sitting outside staring at the mountains. They host community events, vinyl nights, have a bunch of board games, etc. These are the breweries of yesteryear. The one that skyrocketed the craft beer movement. They are a dime a dozen these days. Vision Quest is one of them, and you can still find that magic here.

I like the vibes of the place though; simple, no-nonsense kind of small breweries with regulars who sit by the bar and chat with the staff. There were people with their laptops working away as well. Best part of this place is the golden toilet. Way to make your customers feel like a king.
