I will not be returning to Spritz car wash…read more On December 23 my credit card was stolen while Christmas shopping. This is the usual day that my card is charged by Spritz. I have been a loyal customer despite many malfunctions on their part. Because my card was stolen, the bank told me 7-10 business days until the new card was received in the mail. I went to Spritz and explained this to the woman, who said that's completely fine, she sees my sticker on my car and knows I'm a loyal customer, and remember, the payment was only due the 23rd so it's only been a couple days. She let me in no problem, said happy holidays. I try to take very good care of my husband's car while he is on deployment, so I aim to wash at least twice a week. So I went today (hoping my credit card shows up in tomorrow's mail). The guy let me through, same situation as a couple days prior. Mind you, my card has only been not working since I had to report it stolen on Dec 23 My kids and I got home after car wash and groceries today and I received a call from the owner YELLING at me saying I pressured his employees to allow me in (anyone who knows me knows I'm a quiet and meek person) and stated that I was essentially stealing car washes and that he understands my card is currently in jeapordy but doesn't want me taking my business there. He said he has bills to pay and I'm stealing from him. Mind you, ITS ONLY BEEN 7 days and my SPRITZ sticker shows I've been a loyal customer for 6 months! There was no sense speaking to this man, he continued to yell over me. I have never publically shamed this company when their vacuum ate my money and charged my card twice without providing service. If my husband were here, I would have another card on file. This "owner" blew everything WAY out of proportion and the yelling was very unprofessional. He told me "we will see what Chris Koetzle thinks of this. Ok. Let's. I have never NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional human in all of my life. SHAME ON SPRITZ CAR WASH! Don't worry, I WILL take my business elsewhere. I went here out of convenience while my husband is deployed because it's easier! The quality is awful and I was tol d it's not a "one size fits all" for the wash that's why soap is always left all over. But they're right- not a one size fits all by any means.
