We didn't notice until he left and we started to notice. We sent Mr Chimney photos and emailed, called and texted and were told "we'll get back to you..." but they never did. You can't expect a customer to sit around all day waiting on you without communicating and giving them the opportunity to reschedule. It's 12pm on a Thursday during the work week so you do not have respect for other people's time either. Unprofessional!!! I cancelled and will be using someone else!

After, Belvedere came and assessed the problem, they gave me a clear and direct answer of what the problem was. I agreed, and they installed a new stainless steel liner with a clean out at the basement, repaired the motar cement around the new cap. They also installed a clay transitions from the stainless steel liner to the new bird cage cap. No more leaks from the chimney and no more roof leaking issues.
