It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. We found Josep with JJ floors to be responsive and willing to go the extra mile to get things started and completed within acceptable time frames. We had JJ Floors install laminate In about 40% of the area and carpeting in the remaining 60% of area. All together we had about 3000 square feet of space. The laminate came out beautiful. The carpet looks okay. Although, it's likely attributed to the quality of carpet we selected, the seams are pretty noticeable. I wouldn't have been as picky if I requested the carpet specifically, but it was one of Josep's recommendations. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use JJ's again, especially considering they were more reasonably priced than their competitors and they were quite reliable. I would just remember to make sure we talk long and hard about which carpet we select for any future jobs.

Took over a year of denial that the cheaper finish was used before finally adding only one coat of the commercial finish. A couple of the newly installed flooring buckled. Took nearly a year to finally agree to repairs, but did not replace buckled boards, as is the industry standard, only tacked backed down so when the boards re-buckled another, months more of repair excuses. An outside Contractor replaced buckled boards, with the promise from Jose that he would reimburse me. Months later, I am still waiting for the promised reimbursement. There are some other uneven newly installed boards that I choose to overlook as they are more cosmetic. I chose this Contractor because of the positive reviews, was not expecting such a poor outcome.
