The month prior to the party, we met at the site and walked the space to get a visual of where everything was going and all extra details. The day of the grad party, Erika and her assist, Suzy, arrived on time and ready to set up. We had ordered: entrance signage and balloons out front of the venue, five balloon bunches as table toppers, a large gold ring w/ balloons and a cream lounge chair, I even ordered tablecloths for the dining tables from Erika. The balloon gold ring back drop (for the photo ops) was SO adorable, everyone loved it. The table balloon bunches were perfect on the dining tables and the ribbons too, on the bunches were beautiful, many strings of ribbon and bows. It was beyond perfection and made the room so adorable. Erika and Suzy also came back after the party was over and gathered their items and helped tear down the balloons, which I really appreciated. The kids all got to pet and love on the ponies, "help" clean the pony stall (pretty sure this was my 2 year old's favorite part), and then ride the ponies around the paddock. They had a beautiful patio area (with great shade from the heat) set up for us. It made set-up on my part incredibly easy. The kids got to ride Ricky around with Cowboy Justus leading them. He was so great to all the kids, and they had so much fun. Miss D was so helpful (and the absolute sweetest) with everything, and the kids really enjoyed following her around to feed the goats and chickens. The animals all were very kind and gentle with the kids, and seem very well socialized. Clean-up was so easy. 10/10 would go again.

We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me.
