Mary Ann was able to neutralize my hair color and baby it back to normal. Since then, she's helped me go from brunette to a steady blonde. Her salon is adorable, she changes the decor with the seasons and her sitting area is cute enough to have a cup of tea or glass of wine while she's at work. When you need an appointment, you'll text her assistant and she'll coordinate what works best - Mary Ann is off on Sunday's but I never had a problem finding an appointment. I moved to Houston this year and I will keep the 3-hour drive to have her do my hair.

My color is a different shade of red and is significantly darker, they did say that they did it a little darker because the previous highlights will lighten but that's a conversation that should happen before my service not when you see the disappointment on my face after I see the color. Also the bangs are really bad, one they are not anything like the picture I showed before they were cut and the sides are uneven. I will say that every one was very sweet and the color of my hair is pretty but not what I asked for.
