I have no clue what tux/suit size my boy is so I eagerly accepted the offer of assistance. Charles came over, we told him what we needed, and he immediately picked out a tux jacket, pants, and dress shirt. My son stepped in to a fitting room to try everything on. The shirt and jacket fit perfectly and the pants needed a little bit of alteration. He also brought over a beautiful bowtie to match my son's date's dress. All dressed up, my son looked SO FINE. Charles really knows what he is doing! I couldn't believe he took one look at my boy, assessed him, and picked out the clothes in the right size at first glance! We opted to purchase the tux, shirt, tie, and belt. There is plenty of fabric to account for additional growth of my boy. Alterations were completed swiftly (much faster than I expected), and we could not be happier. We were also very impressed with the pricing. Everything was reasonable and high quality. This experience is one for the books. We received such excellent customer service and Good Luck had a huge selection. I was afraid I'd be overwhelmed when I walked in, but Charles took over and professionally guided us to the right decisions. Other stores could really learn from Good Luck because that is how customer service should be everywhere. Kudos to Good Luck. They will continue to get my business for future menswear needs.

Yeah that's right, expensive custom suits from China. We are still waiting to see if it will arrive in time for my wedding but it was like pulling teeth to get them to purchase a back up suit and tailor it just in case the Alton lane suit does not arrive in time. My other groomsman went to the Charlottesville location and they gave him a pick up date after they had to make last minute alterations and 11 days later they said it still wasn't ready. Not happy with the service and honestly I feel like their suit quality has gone down over the years. Update: the suit arrived in time but my groomsman was never able to try it on before my wedding and Alton lane never gave him the back up suit they said he could keep in case their's wasn't fitting correctly. Everyone there that we worked with including Thao, David & Justin were fantastic and you can tell they really care about their customers. A lot of the times, we came after hours due to scheduling conflicts in which they were able to accommodate and each visit never felt rushed and they really ensure that every measurement is correct. The suits itself looked amazing on our wedding day and David was able to recommend some really cool additions to the custom suit. A day before the wedding day, 707 was available for my husband to buy shoes from them (they also have a great shoe collection). All around excellent staff, great customer service and excellent outcome of custom clothing. My husband is already talking about going back and I look forward to going as well.
