Every time I come in to the store, the customer service is always poor. I went in to sell some clothes and when I approached the counter, the two kids working looked at each other and rolled their eyes. When they were done going through my clothes, they didn't tell me they were done. I waited over thirty minutes and they knew I was there. i had to check on the status. This was my first time into the store and it looked very nice and clean. The ladies at the cashier were very friendly as well. I was there to sell some clothing, all of which were worn twice or less and were in fantastic condition. Most were dresses. They ended up only buying two of my things which was disappointing because everything was in style and in great shape. They will only pay you about 20% for what they will be selling it for. I think they need to update what styles they take in because I had very fashionable name brand items that they said were things the store didn't sell. Maybe they really don't but I am in the age group of the women around the store and I'd say that they would be popular. If you go to sell here be prepared for disappointment. read more

The first few times I went, it was to get specific things for events I'd never wear again ( white polka shirt and cropped khaki pants, lime green shirt for I don't remember what, etc...) I wasn't going to waste money buying something new for stuff like that but also didn't want to buy something totally worn down. I had several people recommend this place so I went to check it out. When they refer to the clothes there as "gently used", it's an understatement. A large selection of their clothes still have tags on them and most of them look like they were probably only worn once. It feels more like a buyer's remorse clothes, you know how you buy something and it doesn't fit or you're just not vibing with it soon after you buy it and by the time you realize you really should return it, it's beyond time to do so? Or maybe you're like me and lose receipt almost immediately. That's what the store is filled with LOL. They have a great selection of name-brand on popular brands, great prices and the staff is just awesome. If you go when they're not busy at all, it's almost like you can get a personal shopper. You can just tell an employee that you're looking for whatever, to attend _____ or need to come up with whatever for _____ theme. They are very familiar with what they have and are really good with pulling out some outfits and throwing some ideas at you that you probably hadn't even thought of. I've never consigned so I don't know about that aspect but in general, great store! read more

If you're going to come by, come with ALOT of time. I came all the way from the Far East and I was told I'd have to wait 2 hours. So I had to hang around the westside and when I got here two hours and 20 minutes later, they STILL had not checked my stuff out. Needless to say, the husband was pissed. I can't say I was overly impressed. I still don't understand how they their decision's on what clothes to buy and what not to. Again I brought in a bag of nearly new clothes and in the end they only took 5 of the clothing article's . They are more modern but their prices seem only a little lower than department store prices ( only a few dollars). This store has mostly woman's clothes with a few ales of men's clothing. No men's belts, only women's. Overall I was dissatisfied with the prices they gave me & the amount of clothing. Selling clothes is not a way to bring in extra cash. Only a few buck's for a few items. Only in an emergency should these stores be use. The 3 Star is a gift mostly given to the layout and modernization of the store. Finally, they need to be more specific in what they will take! read more

I took quite a few items worn MAYBE once that were all in style and higher end and they did not take quite a few of my items. I thought that was a bit odd esp when I browsed the store and saw items in eh condition and much cheaper in quality. The amount that is given is ok ( I mean I understand they are a business trying to make money). I will return but make sure you go with plenty of time to wait for them to go through your items bc they do not do it on the spot like you would expect them to. They give you a receipt and tell you to come back in 2 hours. Next time I have nicer items perhaps I will sell them online. read more

I love this store. It is extremely well organized and very clean. All of their clothes are organized by style, color, and size. I bought 5 tank tops and 2 dresses for about $35 total and they all look like they are brand new. I have not yet sold any of my own items to the store but I will definitely do that soon. read more

Friendly people . They sell used clothes but used clothes that you wouldn't even tell was used ! It's not super cheap but they sell it less than the retailer price . Sometimes some clothes have a stamp that has 25 or 50 % off . If your familiar with cross roads it's a bit like that. I have enjoyed shopping there ! read more

The employees weren't friendly at all. When I called to ask questions about how the store operated, the lady was very nice so I was excited about going in for the first time to sell clothing and shoes that I wanted to get rid of. I took over 9 bags of clothing and some really nice brands of shoes, some that hadn't even been worn (with boxes). They bought 12 items for 45 dollars! I wanted to say no to that price because it wasn't a fair price whatsoever, but I didn't want to be rude. The girl that helped me had terrible customer service skills and just didn't seem interested in wanting to help me at all. I decided to take all of my things back with me rather than having them just donate them because I wanted to sell them myself, being that I have a lot of nice brand name items with tags on them. They didn't offer to help me at all! I was struggling going in and out of the store and had a hard time opening the door to take my things out and they saw me having a hard time, but didn't offer a helping hand whatsoever. The store was overall very clean and organized but they had really old styles and some gross looking shoes for sale so I was very confused at the fact that they didn't want any of my new shoes. I won't be going back to this store. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I regret letting those items go at uptown cheapskate because I could've gotten so much more on the letgo app. read more
