Maybe they come in expecting the highest level of shoe store but find it's more boba than shoes? Maybe it's the name change? Example, all reviews are bad. But one reviewer gave Boba Kicks a 5 Star review, but gave HeadsUp here a 1 star. Why is this relevant? It's the same exact store - they just changed their name. The other reviews are related to the boba itself. While that is relevant, as they serve boba, it's not all they do. They are a shoe / clothing store as well. So, they can't get a 2-3 star? Reviewing just the boba, when it's not just a boba store, seems a bit unfair... in my opinion, which, doesn't mean much in reality. I have had boba world wide, and while this much is true, I'm not exactly an expert. Sometimes it's hard, sometimes soft, and world wide it's true it'll always get stuck in the straw. But to me, the quality of their boba drinks is on par with everyone else. I'm not saying it's the worlds best, but it's definitely top ranked in our little town of El Paso, and that's where this place is - El Paso. So, for that, I'll give them 2-3 stars. The other 2-3 stars comes from their selection of Jordan's. Yes, the Jordan "drops" on the Sneakers App by Nike usually run around $200. Yes, the Jordan's here are typically double that in price. But here's the thing, in order to get the "drop", you have to get the drop. So many times I've not been successful at this. The option? Immediately go to eBay and purchase the 200% marked up pair + shipping from someone that did get the drop and only got it to immediately sell it for profit. What I like here is that unlike eBay, I get to actually view the product. I can see it in person and decide if I want it. If they don't have it, they can find it using resources in the Jordan community that I don't have. And, I won't pay shipping. In the past, I've purchase Jordan's on eBay just to go through the process of getting refunds because the seller was fake. Or the product was determined to be fake. Here, it cuts out the middle man and guarantees authentic products. You see it, you buy it, you leave with it. Granted, not everyone cares about Jordan's. But I do. And, I care about boba. So I am comfortable and confident in giving these folks a 5-Star review.

As a cobbler Mr. Javier takes real pride in his work. He takes the time to make things right and can rebuild a shoe completely if need be. This is a rare skills that is disappearing rapidly in our country. He brings more than 40 years of knowledge and dedicated craftsmanship. A new sole in leather is around $85 which is not cheap but we all know that inflation has dramatically increased pricing in all businesses.
