I do love this salon. I'm new to the area and finding a good quality and clean nail salon is hard. They do good work and my nails last a long time. My only complaint is they have zero prices posted. Which allows them to come up with a price on the spot each time. In June I got a gel mani and regular pedi. It cost me $75. Last month I got the same thing and it suddenly cost me $110. All before tip. Big big downfall for me. read more

Again I was given another acrylic fill by KEVIN , with a bit of shimmer. His artistic ability, speed and also great taste in colors and shape of nails are second to none and will keep me going straight to him for all my mani's !!! The first pedi I just experienced at this location was so relaxing with the lavender pedi, which includes many steps to soak, exfoliate and massage your feet and legs up to your knees while getting massaged by the chair you are sitting in was so delightful that I almost fell asleep !!! read more

I've been here several times and have always had a pleasant experience. The service is professional and they are very friendly. You write your name down for an appointment and they are sure to fit you in. They definitely except walk ins and I was happy that they were open on a weeknight until 7 PM. I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years. I useto see Jason and he was amazing. I booked a appt with him , went to the appt and had to see a guy named David. They said Jason was on vacation. I wasn't happy with how David did my nails. I went to him twice and both times he put the acrylic on so thick near the nail beds that they looked fat . I then asked again where Jason is and they said he no longer works here so i made a appt with jackie. The 1st time she did such a amazing job. I went again and she was trying to gwt me to do a new set I told her I just got a new set a month ago . She didn't seem happy after that. She rushed through doing my nails and I moved my hand and she grabbed it and held it firmly and slammed it down telling me don't move. By now I was pissed and wanted to leave. She didn't understand what cut a little off.the tip ment. She wanted to cut my nails all the way down so I told her don't cut them at all. Now I'm stuck with very long nails that were done poorly. She didn't file or buff them down. There's bumps all over and they were busy so she has no time to fix it. Then I get told for a fill and polish it will be 65!!! 65 for a crappy nail job. They said because the length and shape it's 65. Never again will I step foot in this place. Deff not worth $65. read more

I love this place! Came here to NY for vacation and went with a family member to do my nails and I love it! The staff here are funny and welcoming! The place is clean. They are really good with hospitalities and r really good with designs. I love the gel nails!! I love how they spend time with the customers. They spend time with me until I was satisfied. I realize this establishment has a following and they may do right by them. My experience was not so favorable. I tried four different times. First pedicure/ manicure was fine. Second time I went for a wax and was deeply disappointed. First off, they over charged me. I only got my lip waxed and was charged $25. Okay, mistakes are made so I went back again. The next pedi/mani was awful. My toes was chipped within 8 days. The manicure (powder) caused fungus on my nails. My final and LAST wax I got, the gentleman couldn't be bothered. I've been coming in periodically for pedicures and regularly since June for gel manicures since I got a job that requires me to have nice nails. Reasonable prices and friendly, outgoing staff. My only issue with the service is that a lot of the staff don't speak a word of English and it's EXTREMELY hard to communicate what you want. This is avoidable, as long as you make an appointment with Kevin (I personally won't go to anyone but him and have him on speed-dial in my phone because he's just that great), Calvin, or Jason who speak perfect English and are phenomenal at what they do! As far as the quality of the mani/pedis go, I have never had an issue with pedicures, they have always lasted for a few weeks and (most) of the staff knows how to file correctly, and the only girl who didn't got fired. As far as manicures go, the quality depends on who's doing your nails which is why I recommend any one of the three guys I listed previously. read more

Very disappointed in my experience yesterday. I walked in and asked how long the wait was and the guy said they would see me as soon as possible. That should have been my cue to walk out as I then waited 40 minutes to be taken to my pedicure chair. At the same time, they brought back two other women who arrived far later than me and then the manicurist started to set to work on one of the other women. I spoke up saying I was next in line and had waited 40 minutes. She then brought the workstation back over to me and did a quick and not so good job on my pedicure. Calvin is amazing, I will only be going to him from here on out. He's very quick and efficient without skipping any steps or cutting corners, so I bet beautiful nails without having to spend over an hour at the salon. In addition the salon is always clean and everyone is very friendly, greeting you as soon as you walk in. They also have a great selection of gel and dip powder colors! Maybe it's because I picked a busy day, but this salon is not clean. There is nail dust everywhere on the tables and the motorized buffing tools and cuticle clippers used don't appear to be properly sanitized, they are simply put back in the drawer after finishing. I understand high business demand and profit may be more important than taking the necessary safety precautions but it's important to consider the health and safety of each paying customer. I went in for a gel manicure and the lady who did my nails did the worst job of any manicure I've ever received!! She didn't do half of the steps involved in a manicure, she simply buffed my nails, filed them all the way to the skin, blew them off with air, applied the polish, and then lotion.. that was it. I had gel polish all over my hand, even under my fingertips!! All the loose skin that generally gets pulled after you've soaked your hands... still there (she kept painting over it) nor did I get my hands soaked or cut. I had the gel top coat all over my fingernails, and my cuticles are screaming from how aggressively and sloppily she buffed. It was the sloppiest, quickest, most unprofessional manicure, and then she had the nerve to ask about a tip. I'm completely disappointed and never going back! read more

i always go to kevin and my nails always look amazing. my hands are constantly in water bc i'm a hairdresser and my nails never lift or anything. always a consistent good job and if one chips or if i'm not a fan of something he's always says come back and he will fix it ( i've never had to, but it's nice to know) i only get my pedicures done by Jackie bc she is also consistent and pays attention to detail! call and book with them, they do get busy! read more
