Finally got through to someone and was told that they had canceled my appointment without my knowledge because the esthetician had COVID LOL. So I talked to the manger she apologized abs rescheduled me and told me that they would get me in and comp my facial for the inconvenience. Then they just called me one week before my comped appt is supposed to be and she tells me that the OWNER is only willing to give me 20% off now. They royally messed up my whole day and then promised to fix it and then took back their word. Absolutely horrible establishment. My mother and sister and a few of my friends I had recommended them to go there and they have. So not only will Regena Spa be losing me as a customer but many others and also whomever sees this Yelp review and google review I'll be writing next. Customer service is terrible which is probably why they have to put so many discounted services on Groupon to get people in there. The owner messed up on this one. Unfortunately I walked in, in such excruciating pain, that the woman at the front desk knew exactly who I was (from when I called to make my appointment). As I sat and waited, I was early, I became even more uncomfortable and couldn't sit still or stop crying. Someone immediately brought me back to a room and gave me an ice pack. Someone else came in to use the laser on my back, then the doctor came and brought me to a different room to stretch me out. It was super uncomfortable but loosened me up and I started feeling better. I'll definitely have to come back as I won't be fixed from just this, but I know I'm in good hands. Everyone in the office was super nice and they were all very compassionate. It's a great team over there and Dr. Sam was great! Being in the medical profession, this is definitely the type of care that I think all patients should, but don't always get.
