Cryo slim is a scam ... invested over $1700 because I was told it would work!!!! and after doing 7 treatments ( was told people see results in one to three ) and following their protocol ( which changed once it was not working ) did not even lose an inch!!!!!! ... I spoke to the owner, she said sorry, results vary!!!!! Well then you don't tell somebody that you're a good candidate and it's going to give you great results !! The pictures on the wall don't even seem to be their clients as the technician said I have no idea who any of those people are!!!!!! This place is a hidden gem! So nice to have such a great place & luxury experience here in Glendale! (Without having to travel to Scottsdale) Sara is the owner and is very knowledgeable about what she does. I think her bedside nursing background really puts her at the top with professionalism and her bedside manner! I have personally had PRP microneedling, fibroblast, chemical peel, IV therapy, B12 injection, and red light therapy all done by Sara and can't say enough good things about my experiences! I have also seen Maddie for dermaplane facials and lash lift & tint; Maddie is also very knowledgeable and the kindest person! They also have a Mystic spray tan machine which I have used! Today I had my first appointment at Alchemy for a Hydro Facial. Jenna was wonderful! The treatment is a non invasive cosmetic treatment. A device cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin. Ever since the previous owner (Shannon) left, and the new RN took over: it's gone downhill! They changed their name & the aestheticians lack bed side manners & are VERY "green"; lacking professional experience. Their prices are ridiculously high. If you shop around to other skin salons and Med Spas in the surrounding area you will see the difference in price & service. I wish Shannon never left! They've lost good clientele. Skin Addict Studios was owned by Shannon when I first started going last year. All the ladies were super nice and knowledgeable and Shannon was the best as their leader. This summer Shannon disappeared and no one would tell me where she went, then the place was remodeled, then the Brazilian went up $20 more than their regular price. When I asked why I was told a nurse bought the business and was offering injections like botox and fillers, the additional fee would give you a discount on injections... I don't need injections, I dont want injections, so why would I pay more for a Brazilian to not get injections? Found a new place with fair market pricing. read more

This place very well may have saved my life. I was suffering from every symptom (except chest pain) of menopause and felt that I was facing a loosing battle. Normally I do not write reviews, however I was very impressed with this place! I brought a groupon for a Brazilian wax. I came in not knowing what to expect and what a pleasant surprise, from the beginning to the end. The woman who worked at the front desk (I cannot remember her name) was so helpful with information about the place. She told me about all their services in a friendly way (and without it seeming like a huge marketing speech). Once I went back for the wax, Crystal made it as enjoyable as possible (and thats saying a lot for someone who is getting a brazilian). Crystal walked me through the whole process because she knew it was my first time. Along with that, the room was clean, the wax wasn't too hot, and the wax was done perfectly! Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life worst customer service communication was horrible originally scheduled for a Saturday morning a nurse called in because of her air-conditioning being out and I was called as I was walking up to their front door to cancel my appointment the girl who called me then put Michelle on the phone to refund my deposit it is now a going on more than two weeks and I still be able to get that deposit back I've called and called and now there's no answer so I'm assuming they have caller ID and see that I am very unhappy!!! I came here after finding a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. Walking in the lady at the front desk was working with a customer there seem to be an issue. She told the customer her appointment was at 3:30(mine was at 3) the customer who must have been a usual was clearly irritated so the worker said she would be right back. I then saw them moving the waxing equipment to a different room and called me in. The lady told me they don't usually use that room for waxing and then proceeded to rush through my waxing (which was very painful). She covered me in powder,missed areas and left pieces of wax on me.
