Price/Value: 3 stars It's hands down the most expensive spa in Rhode Island. $220 or $230 is the starting price for a 50 facial or massage. My pedicure was $150 before tip. While it was lovely it was no different than going to a mini luxe. The reason I generally give the spa a low value rating is because you don't get much in terms of amenities . There is a steam room in the bathroom and that is where it ends. It is a lovely steam room and but I wish they would invest in updating the facility with a sauna and hot tub to add value. There is a relaxation room which has a nice view of ocean (with some parking lot) but it would be nice to have more wellness options when you're having a $200-$600 spa afternoon. Actual services: 4-5 stars The folks providing the services are professional and hardworking. I went with a large group and everyone was pleased with their services. Bathroom Staff: 5 stars Hardworking, friendly ladies that are so appreciated! Front desk and manager: 3 stars My experience was that some minor mistakes were made during my visit but at no time did anyone say "I apologize for that." It was clear someone was newer to the job but shouldn't they provide in depth training? They dropped the ball because a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. They have some snacks in the rooms with the view, tea and some plain water. I preferred when they individually packed the snacks vs. The big bowls of snacks they have now. The complimentary hairbrush though?!? That thing is amazing! I hold this spa to a high standard due to the cost. I hope this gave some honest insights.

The Doc listens to your concerns and develops a plan. After really a thorough battery of test another consultation, the plan is explained in detail. I am now down 89 pounds. I am no longer on blood pressure medicine and my a1c numbers have dropped significantly. I feel stronger and have a lot more energy. I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year.
