This is a great, smaller antique store located in Richland's Uptown center. We found a couple of…read moregreat dishes here, but really enjoyed looking at everything including a ton of vintage Hallmark Christmas ornaments. Everything seemed pretty reasonably priced and to be in pretty good condition. The best part of this store, to us, was the whole room dedicated to vintage records. It's decent sized, and I could have spent a very long time sorting through the bins. Unfortunately, there wasn't much organization to it, but I was impressed by the diversity.

COME ON IN, GET YOUR POSTCARDS!!…read morewas looking for picture postcards of the area because this area is overflowing with card-worthy scenes and scenery and this is where I found 'em. some are about the tri-cities and local goings on, some are period pieces, some are just kinda fun or funny. not really sure why postcards are so hard to find around here (or anywhere?) on the front is a better snap than most people will ever take and on the reverse there's usually an interesting bit of about the image on front... and after picking out postcards there's regular cards, playing cards, incenses, desk signs, finger puppets, refrigerator magnets, posters, games, all manner of t-shirts and puzzles, and candies and nostalgic references to the dawn of the nuclear age to amuse people of all ages who get that an entire world existed before they were told otherwise.

I called Costco corporate, and the representative told me to take it to my local warehouse and exchange it. I also decided to return the ceiling fan because the box arrived damaged, and I assumed there was a good chance the fan was damaged as well. The representative confirmed they had 13 of the desks in stock, so I headed to the warehouse. When I arrived, I was helped by Leo at the returns desk. After I explained the situation, he told me the issue was that the desk and fan were more expensive in the warehouse than what I had paid online. Instead of doing an even exchange, they wanted to refund my purchase and have me buy new ones at the higher in-store price, meaning I'd have to pay the difference. I obviously had a problem with that since the damaged items were delivered to me that way. Leo called over his supervisor, Carissa, to see if they could honor the online price during the exchange. Before he could even finish explaining the situation, she immediately shook her head and said, "No." I then explained everything in detail, including that I had spoken with Costco corporate less than 45 minutes earlier and that they were the ones who instructed me to come to the warehouse for the exchange. The entire time, she continued shaking her head, smiling, and telling me no. Not that it should matter, but I'm also dealing with a bad back, which is one of the reasons I had these items shipped to my house in the first place. Instead, I ended up making a trip to the warehouse for nothing. Here's the thing: maybe the answer really was no. I can accept that. But how you deliver that message matters, especially when you're dealing with a frustrated customer. I never felt like she cared about the situation or even wanted to hear me out. She didn't seem concerned that Costco corporate had directed me to the warehouse or that I was there because damaged merchandise had been delivered to my home. She just wanted to tell me no and move on. That's not the kind of customer service I expected from Costco. Also, there in store model of the desk is literally damaged in the exact same spot as the one I received. Maybe it's a packing issue or something. Regardless, I'm not happy at all with the store and I really hope this gets rectified.

This was not a problem given it's an old game, the problem is that when I went back to sunken treasures to let her know it didn't work the owner had a stuck up valley girl attitude insinuating that I basically swapped the disc out(that I was lying) and that wasn't the disc that was sold to me. This was the wrong approach given I'm a business professional and that I'm always nice to people until they give me a reason not to be. So I let her have it and she just got more rude and more rude, finally making me pay to have it resurfaced..... Soooooooooo things are cool in this store just hope you don't have an issue because she won't own it and insist you are lying and treat you like garbage when you are being honest. Who knows but my experience was not so good, no excuse for a bad attitude and no excuse as a business owner not to make it right. I will be doing my best to shop online from now on. You try to support local businesses and this happens, over a $8 game it costs me more in diesel just to drive there and back. Insinuating I'm lying is crazy to me.

No shelf, cabinet, or table has an inch of space that isn't taken by smaller objects. Each section is broken up into vendors, so you can't just pick up things and put them back somewhere else. There's order to the chaos. Be mindful as you mindlessly wander around. They must have a pretty big problem with shoplifting because there are signs everywhere and giant cameras near the registers. This definitely detracts from the quaint feeling of the store. In any case, it's a great place to spend hours hunting for decorative pieces or whatever else your heart desires!

Many of the vendors have great selections of vintage trinkets, dishes, etc., along with some homemade items. It's often one of our first stops when we're looking. It's a great size - large, but not overwhelming. It used to be mostly antique and vintage items, but it seems they've been allowing more and more new, and very gently used items in the store. I saw a faux tree in one booth that I had literally seen at Target just last holiday season. If they're going to continue to allow this, they should drop "Antique" from the name - it's not accurate. They have a 4% surcharge on all card transactions, so bring cash if you can!
