I have lived in my Flagstaff, AZ townhouse for more than twenty years and never has there been this much snow piled up in front of my driveway. This wasn't just a few inches pushed to the side. This was a wall of snow two feet high and three feet wide, blocking all of the driveways on my side of the street. While on the other side of the street there was no problem at all. So, obviously, the contractor just didn't bother to put in even the bare minimum of effort. And when I contacted the property manager about it, she just made excuses, saying "There is always a berm". And yet there was no berm on the other side of the street. Obviously, there would had been no berm if AZ Irrigation & Maintenance did what they were paid to do, and removed the snow instead of just pushing it to the side.

What I learned is they warrant their work for three days. After that, you pay another service charge. I paid $145 the first time and $125 the second. I also have had at least three different times that I was told someone would call me back and they did not. Feels like a company this size would stand behind their work for more than three days. Unless you can monitor their work immediately and carefully, do not use this company.

I got a quote from another company which we knew had done good work and they quoted us the same price as Fearno had. Friends of ours had used Fearno so we decided to go with them. They did not do a good job. We had to ask them to come back to straighten out the gates, correct the waving in the fencing and several other issues with the project. The fence still looks like someone had done it for the first time and the ties that they used to tie the fencing to the posts and rails are terrible! They stick out and we are constantly catching our clothes on them. He actually tried to tell us that the reason some of his fencing and gates looked so uneven that it was because of our land.!!! We have asked him several times to come back to fix the fence and he continues to ignore my calls. We made a big mistake of paying him cash and now we know better. I tried to report him to the Better Business Bureau but he is not even registered there. We are pretty upset that we paid all of this money. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
