We stopped in the other day because my husband had purchased a blouse for me for my birthday, but it was too small (he didn't know that imports typically run pretty tiny). We brought it back to exchange, but of course Husband lost the receipt. They were very friendly about it, and let me use a store credit, which I put towards this beautiful purse. The only advice that I would give to the owners (small business owner to small business owner) is that they may want to revisit their return policy and post it clearly for all to see. No small business likes to take returns, but when you feature items that people typically buy as gifts, you need a clear return policy. It just saves headaches. I'd suggest store credit only within 30 days, and with proof of purchase. That could be either receipt, gift receipt, or bank transaction on your phone app (which is what they used to determine the price of our returned item). Something like that? Just a suggestion. They have tons of interesting things including lots of crystals, clothing, accessories, gifts, jewelry, and more. The shop also has their production facility in the back. I wonder if they do tours! They are known for using actual manhole covers in Detroit to make prints on clothing, which I think is really cool and would make a great souvenir for any Detroit lover. I had a blast looking around at everything and loved some of the vintage prints on shirts, as well as what I assume are original designs. This is a great shop for finding a gift for the coolest person in your life, or for you, because you are cool.
