It has the same thoughtful vibe and is absolutely worth browsing plant-centric items. This is my go-to spot for gifts, although I'll admit some items mysteriously end up staying with me. The selection is fantastic: unique Detroit-themed T-shirts, beautiful jewelry, coasters, drinkware, cutting boards, locally made soaps, baby gifts, and so much more. Everything has a Michigan connection, and a lot of the pieces come from local artists and makers, which makes shopping here feel even more meaningful. They have tons of interesting things including lots of crystals, clothing, accessories, gifts, jewelry, and more. The shop also has their production facility in the back. I wonder if they do tours! They are known for using actual manhole covers in Detroit to make prints on clothing, which I think is really cool and would make a great souvenir for any Detroit lover. I had a blast looking around at everything and loved some of the vintage prints on shirts, as well as what I assume are original designs. Restore is a large, clean, beautiful space for donations and purchases! Drive to the back for donations, and pull right up to the acceptance garage, the kind and professional gentlemen will take it from there. Should you desire a receipt, they'll make that happen too (just know that the paperwork wants an itemized donation list). Highly recommended.

I think it's dog-friendly as we saw someone with their cute pup inside shopping. The space was open and not too cluttered, which I always appreciate since I can get kind of overwhelmed in vintage/antique shops. Yesterday, Friday November 8, 2024 I sang songs written by author/musician Heather Buchanan and Tracy Kash for Heather's newest novel titled, VICTORS. It is about Black musicians who went to France to help fight in World War I. Ultimately, they were largely responsible for our victory and when they weren't fighting they were playing music, sharing the new jazz sound which influenced not only Europe but the world. My dress, purse, fan, long strand of pearls and headpiece, all purchased from the Peacock Room in the Park Shelton were a smash hit!
