His whole family with him, but didn't hesitate to treat me like I was family and fixed up my tire, plus all my air tires were good on a busy holiday weekend. They wanted my girlfriend to drive the vehicle until it got worse so he may properly diagnose it because he couldn't replicate it in the shop. We did a ride along and he clearly heard it told his manager and things got out of hand when I asked him to fix it and now they're trying to push it off to Honda under her insurance.
