Choose your city and private chef experience on the website. They also offer other experiences like classes. From there you'll choose from a long list of menu options like southern food, brunch, Italian, Thai, or surf and turf (to name a few). Choose your meal and then book and pay through the site. You'll soon get notification that the chef has accepted your booking. The experience is three hours with the chef arriving one hour before meal time. Our Southern meal was four delicious courses. The Louisiana Shrimp and Grits were so good. The grits were creamy and cheesy. The shrimp were lightly breast and a little spicy. The Smoky Macaroni and Cheese with Andouille Sausage was rich and full of thick cheese sauce. The andouille sausage was a tasty addition. The main course was my favorite. Barbecue Baby Back Ribs with corn and garlic beans. The ribs were tender with the meat falling off the bone and the bbq sauce was fantastic. I loved the garlic beans too. The Southern Bread Pudding was a tasty ending with a great caramel bourbon sauce. I loved the entire meal! Chef Corby impressed us with this excellent menu and the tasty execution. The service they provided was good on the catering side, the presentation of the food and setup was nice. BUT, the 2 dishes that were served wasn't the best, We had burnt and dry chicken skewers as an appetizer, and the Filipino noodle dish "Pancit" turned spoiled during the party (meaning it spoiled towards the end of the night and was not good to eat the following day). This was a buffet style kind of party which our guests were able to take home extra food that was left over. The same night and following day we had some feedback from some of our guests on the food. Which brought us here, our guests that took home food was not able to to eat it because the pancit packed went spoiled quickly (night of). They complained about a sour and spoiled taste and smell. As we bring up this situation to the company, they did offer us a remake of the dishes or a future "credit". That was not in our best interest, since we are not planing to use them for the any future parties. After a few more days past, they came with their conclusion to refund us with less than 4.5% of the total invoice that we paid for in cash. We live in Las Vegas where customer service and hospitality should be top notch. We are also business owners too and value customer feedback. We know the industry and parents work in the food and beverage industry for over 25 years. We gave delightful chefs a try because they were highly recommended by a good friend of ours, knowingly this was a special day for us and our family. Overall we can't say everything was bad, just the way they choose to handle the resolution wasn't the greatest experience. They don't value their customers opinions and only care about their company.
