Event: Graduation Party (100 guests) Where do I begin... From the initial conversation with Chef Kas and Chef Kristina, the organization was superb. They listened to all my questions, concerns, and requests. I wanted a Mediterranean menu for my guests so they put together some options that already looked like a perfect menu. They were also very attentive to some concerns about guest food allergies, which sealed the deal because I knew they cared for my guests. Our menu included: Greek salad Baked Feta Cheese dip Homemade hummus and Baba ganoush Greek Meatballs Garlic Shrimp skewers Chicken and Steak kabobs Saffron rice pilaf Grilled vegetables. Everything was a hit! Everyone kept complimenting how delicious the food was. I wish I could take credit but I definitely cannot. So my advice is to contact "Delightful Chefs" or Chef Kas so you can experience even more of their delicious talents. I cannot forget about the attendants. They were always keeping up with refilling the food as well as keeping everything clean. They were so helpful, friendly, and professional. We recently used their catering service for our wedding celebration. We were entertaining around 120 guests. I would like to give our honest feedback. The service they provided was good on the catering side, the presentation of the food and setup was nice. BUT, the 2 dishes that were served wasn't the best, We had burnt and dry chicken skewers as an appetizer, and the Filipino noodle dish "Pancit" turned spoiled during the party (meaning it spoiled towards the end of the night and was not good to eat the following day). This was a buffet style kind of party which our guests were able to take home extra food that was left over. The same night and following day we had some feedback from some of our guests on the food. Which brought us here, our guests that took home food was not able to to eat it because the pancit packed went spoiled quickly (night of). They complained about a sour and spoiled taste and smell. As we bring up this situation to the company, they did offer us a remake of the dishes or a future "credit". That was not in our best interest, since we are not planing to use them for the any future parties. After a few more days past, they came with their conclusion to refund us with less than 4.5% of the total invoice that we paid for in cash. We live in Las Vegas where customer service and hospitality should be top notch. We are also business owners too and value customer feedback. We know the industry and parents work in the food and beverage industry for over 25 years. We gave delightful chefs a try because they were highly recommended by a good friend of ours, knowingly this was a special day for us and our family. Overall we can't say everything was bad, just the way they choose to handle the resolution wasn't the greatest experience. They don't value their customers opinions and only care about their company. If they felt they truly offered the best experience for us, we highly don't recommend them to any one in Las Vegas! read more

I was asked to find a personal chef that could come out to their rental house the first night to make a nice home-cooked meal for the group. Kristina was so, so helpful in the planning process -- I had some allergy/food preference issues and she had great suggestions. My husband and I had Delightful Chefs cater our wedding in May of 2016. Sara and Kristina gave us options for the menu and we decided on flank steak and chicken piccata (can't remember much else because weddings make you forget everything that happened that day haha). The day of our wedding it started to rain and did not let up (rain in Vegas?!?! Wth!). We were having an outdoor wedding at my family friend's house and I was just devastated. I knew I would have to move the reception (for 200+) indoors and that stressed me out since I had to stay inside and get ready. I am such a control freak so I had a total meltdown. Sara assured me everything would be perfect. The rain let up a bit to have the ceremony outside but we still needed dinner and speeches inside. The Delightful Chef's crew were outstanding! They helped move all the tables inside. They put the table cloths, silverware, napkins and centerpieces on the tables. They set up the buffet and helped with anything any of us needed. Someone gave me some great advice. They said "no matter what you do that night make sure you eat. Most brides are too busy greeting people that they don't get to taste the food they paid for." Let me tell you, that was some great advice! The flank steak was the greatest thing I have ever eaten! I still think about it. I got so many compliments about how great the food was! Not only did they go above and beyond by helping set up after we had to move indoors but they stay and helped clean up. They gathered all the napkins, plates, silverware, etc and put them back in their crates for the rental company to pick up. Without Sara, Kristina and their team, our wedding could have been disastrous! But we were in the best hands and I am so happy we had them as our wedding caterers! I plan on using them again and I recommend them to everyone! You cannot go wrong by choosing Delightful Chefs. Kristina is hands down the best caterer I have ever worked with. I work on a TV show that films in Vegas and I rely heavily on reviews for vendors I hire. Delightful Chefs was an excellent find. The food is phenomenal and their customer service is outstanding. She was extremely friendly and professional. They provided excellent lunch service for a 6 week long TV shoot as well as an amazing cake and hors d'oeuves for our wrap party at the end of the season.
