I've scheduled appointments on multiple occasions, only to be left waiting because they can't manage their own schedule. This isn't an isolated issue either; the same problem exists at the Alamo Ranch location. Appointments are not a complicated concept. You publish available times, customers choose one, and the expectation is that the business honors it. Repeatedly failing to do so shows a lack of basic professionalism and respect. If you can't keep appointments, stop pretending you take them seriously.

I did not even have to tell David anything about my hair or my beard in order for him to get started. He asked me if I had gotten my haircut in 2 1/2 months and he was absolutely correct. This allowed him to proceed with the cut without any other information. Geez this man is so talented. He went above and beyond when it came to asking for feedback, and he also made sure that my nose hairs were trimmed and that I looked great overall. He did say a mantra that will stick with me forever: "a great barber will spend an extra six minutes on their client for the perfect cut." He did exactly that. Then he just chopped off the top of his hair. Then kept cutting. I was like ok maybe he's going to fix it and make it work. NOPE! I noticed he was cutting shorter and shorter. I had to go up to him and say stop. This isn't any where near what he wanted. Even the other barber asked him what are you doing. He noticed of was looking at him like what is happening. He goes there must have been a miscommunication. Umm you think on his end not my sons. I even heard my son tell him he wanted the top longer and the front. We just wanted a little cut off the top to even it out. This guy chopped it off. We are so disappointed and my son has his 8th grade promotion tomorrow. His hair is so choppy and look horrible. The only reason we went here is because his normal barber was out. We have never had anyone mess up on this cut before it's a common cut. Shoot the other barber that was there had the cut my son wanted so obviously they know the cut. I'm just glad we didn't have to pay for it. We won't ever go here again. I'm glad we got a hold of his normal barber after and he's going to try and do something with it on Thursday when he's back.

In my fade I asked him 3 times to fix it on one side since he spent majority of the time on only one side .he faded my hair horribly.
