Wow is all I can say. I've heard of this place and the great job they do for so long I finally booked my appt. I booked for a facial with Michelle and brow wax with Thi. The facial was amazingggggg it was so relaxing and the massage was to die for. She gave such a detailed arm, shoulder rub down that at first made me think wait did I book a massage as well?!? But nope it comes with the massage! :)))) also the facial bed was so comfy, I honestly don't say this much but I feel like it's better than my own bed at home and my bed is really good. Also my brows came out perfect!!! Their products are all quality high end products which you can even purchase from them for at home use. I love the friendliness and homey feel of the salon. Very aesthetically pleasing. Def 10 stars if I could. I really do feel like they are already so busy that I hate to give a good review and won't be able to find an appointment. But I'd be doing a disservice to all women to keep this little charm to my self. So thank me later ladies. read more

Got a jet peel facial with Sherrie and absolutely loved it!! Sherrie was thorough explaining the treatment and listened to my concerns about having very sensitive, dry skin. The facial differs by targeting the deepest layer of your skin and does not involved extractions. She did the luminous facial on me and it was absolutely wonderful and surprisingly relaxing (given the loud pressurized air by the machine). I've done quite a few facials in the past and I'm always left red and face super tingling/burning sensation due to the products. I felt ZERO burning sensation and no red face! I left the facial with hydrated, glowing and clearer skin. I was shocked when she showed me the before and after pictures. She even gave me samples to try on my sensible skin. 100% would book another jet peel facial. Given the price point, I would definitely do it a several times a year or when my face is looking very dull with blemishes. Also, would book a jet pee facial before any events. Anything to make this tired mamas face alive and glowing again. Oh and forgot to add...the salon/room was beautiful! I had heard great things about Thi and have been checking out her IG. So when I saw she had an opening today(because she gets booked fast) I ran to go get it online. Thi is AMAZING. She is so welcoming and sweet which makes the experience already phenomenal, but she is not the average. She takes her time and gives you quality for what she is offering. In my opinion she goes above & beyond because how many waxers do you know fill in the brows, adds highlight and clear brow gel? On top of that she tells you everything she's doing and even gives you a mirror so you can she what she is doing. This was literally the best experience I've had getting my brows done and I love how she made them still look natural and full. I absolutely love Thi! I had already wrote a review on the White Orchid just for her but she deserves another! She's the only person I would trust with my face lol she does an amazing job. Her Instagram is pretty cool too. I always find myself just scrolling in awe. The cool thing is she doesn't just wax your eyebrows. She'll recommend products for you to use on them and then even show you how to use them if you ask. I really love that. I'm not a pro but I'd say I've improved on how I fill in my eyebrows since I met her. I'll most likely be sticking here until she decides to retire lol but highly recommend. Thi is found inside the White Orchid. The hostess was very friendly when she greeted me. The White Orchid is a nail salon which was very clean,beautiful and well kept. Thi was right on time for our appointment and met me up at the front of the salon. She was also very welcoming and sweet the entirety of my appointment. I scheduled a brow wax, brow tint, eyelash lift and eye tint with her. She took her time and made sure every detail was perfect while catering to all my needs, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The before and after pictures of my eyebrows and eyelashes along with her AMAZING customer service will definitely keep me from going anywhere else. I'm not the only one either, you can find her on Instagram and I'm constantly in awe of her work. She is always booked up and her services are in high demand, but the wait is definitely worth the quality of her care compared to others! I went and had an Amazing Brow Experience with Michelle. Very Friendly Beautiful Spot off of the 1604 Loop . Michelle outlined, took photos of my current situation ..Yikes and began to create a Masterpiece on my brows! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she took control and tinted and waxed and sculpted my brows into something I've never had before the cucumbers after and tea tree oil and the mini eyebrow massage I could'nt believe no one I had before did'nt do all of this and yet charged me about the same I paid for this Luxurious Experience. So needless to say I will be back . I can't' wait . This is a Super Chil spot and they are So Friendly. I have been a client of Thi's since March 2018 up until recently. I'd like to start by saying that Thi is truly great at what she does and I will in no way try and criticize her actual technique. If you get your brows done by her, you will likely be happy with the end results. That being said, BECAUSE she's so great at brows, she is almost never available for an appt. You have to book a month in advance, every month on the 15th at 7PM and the spots fill up within minutes which usually means that you don't get to choose what days/times you get to make an appt. Her rate is 40 dollars for a brow wax session and she doesn't even fill them in for you at the end. Each time that she's waxed my brows she has to lean over my face to wax/trim my brows (as most brow technicians do) and each time she would do so, her breath smelled like food. Forgive me if I in any way sound rude or mean-spirited but it was gross. My main issue though is her customer service skills (or lack thereof). I had to cancel my appt with her ONE TIME at the last minute due to being in a minor fender bender on my way to my appt. She seemed fairly understanding over the phone but when I went in for my waxing on the following month she was very short and cold towards me. I didn't appreciate it. I had been going to her for months. She would even ask about my baby in our past appts but this time she pretended not to know me. Even went as far as saying "So is this your first time here?". OUCH lol. She's been short with me during our last couple of appts ever since. Now she has recently increased her pricing to FIFTY dollars a session and that's where I unfortunately had to draw the line. In my opinion, even 40 dollars was steep for a brow waxing but I feel like her raising her rate to 50 is just not worth it anymore so I switched up. I'm so glad I did. My new brow girl is super sweet. She even allows me to take my baby to my appts and charges a fraction of what Thi charged. She also does equally impeccable work. read more
