Maybe you'll find a plate or picture that you could settle for, but there are several other places in the area where you can actually enjoy hunting for bargains. And as for their lack of communication, I guess they were experiencing phone issues during their relocation. In the end, I do appreciate her willingness to respond and to fairly pay me for what was sold. I do still think they need to improve their customer service skills in responding to their clients in a more timely manner. It sounds like they're working on this, and should be better now that they're getting back on their feet after the move.
