Their filthy upholstered furniture is unsanitary and not fit to be sold. Wooden furniture is pitiful and cheaply made. Not worth refinishing. Maybe you'll find a plate or picture that you could settle for, but there are several other places in the area where you can actually enjoy hunting for bargains. The owners need to clean their store and discard the junk. Until then, I won't be back.

I received the check, which was fair, and I appreciate that. She said they haven't sent one until now because I dropped off mostly winter items that took time to sell. Okay, I'll buy that. And as for their lack of communication, I guess they were experiencing phone issues during their relocation. In the end, I do appreciate her willingness to respond and to fairly pay me for what was sold. I do still think they need to improve their customer service skills in responding to their clients in a more timely manner. It sounds like they're working on this, and should be better now that they're getting back on their feet after the move.

I brought in my first bag, which they dumped onto the floor and shuffled through each piece of clothing one by one, commenting "Ew!!" and "we can't sell that" as they shoved the pieces of clothing back into my arms (which they proceeded to do with about half the bag) while other patrons passed and watched.
