We purchased a New Hampshire made table that is beautiful and 6 chairs made in the USA. Recently I sat back on one of them and realized that a spindle was broken off right at the join. We have been kind to theses chairs and were puzzled as to how such a break could happen. When we contacted the manufacturer they told us to call the dealer. When we called Winchendon they told us that they do not repair furniture and have not found anyone who does in a long time. That was it, nothing more, no help at all.
