We purchased a New Hampshire made table that is beautiful and 6 chairs made in the USA. Recently I sat back on one of them and realized that a spindle was broken off right at the join. We have been kind to theses chairs and were puzzled as to how such a break could happen. When we contacted the manufacturer they told us to call the dealer. When we called Winchendon they told us that they do not repair furniture and have not found anyone who does in a long time. That was it, nothing more, no help at all. As another reviewer has said there are many more furniture stores here to chose from that stand behind their merchandise. We will not be visiting Winchendon furniture ever again!

By the time we arrived at the store, she had a plan to share and multiple suggestions of how to arrange the room. What was extraordinary was how she arranged to meet with us before the store opened in order to insure us extra time and provide us a completely safe, non-threatening and sanitized environment during the COVID pandemic. Her upbeat manner carried over as she followed us home to measure our space and mark out where the chosen pieces would go. Nobody does this! But she did! Moreover she was available for carpet consult and other extras. Not only did we save ourselves a 3 hour round-trip to Nashua's larger furniture stores, but we had her undivided attention and commitment to making the right purchases for our home.
